To all OKW experts!

We stayed at OKW one night in a studio (1st flr), I requested a room next to the pool. We didn't have a very nice view and there were no walkways to get to the Hospitality House. I actually found it to be a little dangerous crossing that street with my kids, you all know how kids love to run.

We have a 2 bedroom booked in February. We will be 4 adults and 4 children from 6 years to 11 years old. I requested to be next to the pool, but now, I've been thinking...

What is the best location for convenience and view?

Are there 2 BR villas on the second floor. If so, do they have an elevator?

Thank you so much for all your help...I love these boards!

There are 4 pools at OKW so it is impossible not to be close to a pool. OKW has only one building with an elevator. The walk to the second floor is just as short walk up , very easy to traverse. I would just let it happen as far as location, smoking or non smoking is another thing entirely.

With each stay, we discover different "views" and "conveniences".

Building 41 with a top floor 2 bed room gave us a great view of a pond with quite a bit of wildlife. A quiet pool and the Turtle Shack snack bar are nearby. However, quite a hike to the Hospitality House.

Building 24 provided a fairway view. Convenient to 2 bus stops (one being at the Hospitality House) A very short walk to the "feature" pool and Hospitality House. That was quite handy when returning from the parks late at night and we wanted a few snack items for back in the room.

We have also stayed in building 21 (very secluded and out of the way but we had the closest quiet pool to ourselves most of the stay); building 48 (no view from ground level; close to bus stop); and 56 (close to quiet pool, bus stop, and the walking path that leads to Down Town Disney).
