OKW at 7 mos for July???

I really want to own at BCV as that is where I want to stay. But I know that each year one trip down to WDW will be with a girlfriend and we'll want to stay at OKW studio because of the two real beds. How hard would it be to get a OKW studio for July at 7 months out?

Much of July probably good chance. July 4 and and 4 days on each side of it, probably very difficult.

Not sure about July but I can give an example for Labor Day weekend of this year...

I just decided to book a flight for Labor Day weekend. As an AP, I checked for resort avaialbility at OKW and every villa type except grand villa was available for that weekend. And this is only 3 weeks out!

I don't think you would have too much problem with the 7 month window at that resort in most cases. The combination of the size and age of the resort makes it the least point expensive for a reason. I think they give up alot of room nights to AP holders, DTRC and other wholesalers.

We booked July of this year at about the 4 month mark for OKW. We had no problem getting a 2BR for this time. I would think you should have no problem with getting a studio at the 7 month mark as long as you stay away from the July 4th time frame. Good Luck.
