OKW and ME drop off

Whenever I take ME we are always the last of the three resort stops to be dropped off . What stop is OKW? Please say first

The DME routes are not fixed.

I've used DME twice to OKW. Both times, OKW was the first stop. When returning to the airport from OKW, the DME coach made one stop at SSR both times.

When we used ME, OKW was the second stop behind SSR.

Of course, nobody got off at SSR, so it was a very quick stop.
