I know it's a prix fixe menu. My daughter loves CG but usually orders at the bar. She and I have ADRs in few days with a perfect fireworks time. I'm wondering if I could order 2 (or 3) apps instead of an entree. It's a stretch but does anyone have first hand experience? TIA

I think at the restaurant proper you can only order the prix fixe and cannot order a la carte. You can only order a la carte at the bar area, which doesn't take reservations (but maybe I'm wrong).

You have order from the menu. You could show up when the lounge opens or slightly before and get on the waitlist list for it. You can show your receipt and come back for the fireworks if you eat at bar or restaurant before the fireworks.

You possibly could get just the apps. But if you’re sitting in the restaurant, you’ll be charged the prix fixe price. That’s how prix fixe meals work.. you don’t have to eat everything offered. But you will be charged the set price no matter how little you eat.
