Spring Break is here. PUt in a whole bunch of Blueberry bushes. Went and had a wonderful day at the spa today. Plan on putting a garden in with Bri tomorrow. Just plain ol' relaxing.

BB, busy these days?
I have finally just accepted that I am not much for "fine dining". Am I the only one? We went to an expensive restaurant last night with some friends of mine. We both thought it was OK - definitely not worth the expense. Such small portions and the food is definitely not any better than the restaurants I love. Just looking at their quail almost made me want to gag. I actually have a thing against eating anything cute - I won't touch rabbit, venison, or veal. I know that doesn't seem fair to the animals I will eat.

Yah, and I haven't been around cuz I've had a little cold. The date with the guy that lives 3 hours away from me is next Saturday. And I'm going to Canada next month to meet the other guy, too! I'm really excited about that trip, I love to travel and we've planned on going to see lots of local attractions.

We went to a restaurant one time where we ordered an $18 appetizer of kobe beef. Couldn't believe it was literally four paper-thin shavings of beef.

) but are you at all worried about traveling so far to meet this guy? Does he seem like a good guy??

Well, I know I am all too trusting, but this guy is really nice and sweet. I'm going there to see him because he can't travel right now. We talk everyday by IM or phone and I really like him and want to meet him. I actually feel better about meeting him than the other guy! But thanks for the concern. It's nice to know I have people here who care about me.

Gut instincts...I've always had great ones! My problem is I doubt them and then find out after a bunch of heartache that the instincts are ALWAYS right. Now I listen to them!! But instincts lately are something I can't act on.
Very frustrating.
Feeling better today I guess. I've been staying out most of the days on weekends trying to avoid them. Why didn't they bother me when I wasn't working? They bother me big time when I'm employed.

I'm leaving on Friday, April 15 and coming home on Sunday, April 17!!
And the other guy and I are talking a bit more, he just works 2nd shift and doesn't get home and settled down until about midnight, and by then, I'm in bed getting ready for school or work the next day, so yeah...we're working it out.

All day today I thought it was Thursday.
The next two days will be rough. Especially when my partner in crime takes off on Friday. At least both her bosses will be off also, so it shouldn't be too bad.

Just finished it up. Only one more day off which is April 29th and then just through the last day of school.
