OK - Who's already got a VGF reservation?

I am not an owner, but this morning I was able to book a one bedroom lake view for one night on Oct 23rd. I wanted two nights but was only able to find the one. There was a 2 bedroom standard view available for those two nights when I was looking this morning, but I'll bet it is gone now!

I wish I could stay longer, but I am glad to at least get a taste of the new resort!

Not my home resort, but was ready bright and early today to book 1 br standard for 1/7-1/13. What's better than running dopey challenge? Getting to stay at GF of course!

I just booked two lakeview studio nights in Jan 2014 right at the 7 mos window. I'm hoping these dates align nicely with a BWV exchange I'm seeking through RCI for the IBM conference at the Swolphin. FWIW, i would have preferred the standard view, but it wasn't available.

We added 75 points without knowing when our next trip will be (we're cruising next spring break). Since non owners were able to start booking today I booked a studio for a long weekend the 2nd weekend of December, just in case. It was 74 points - perfect penciled in trip in car we want to go.

I have a standard view studio for December 26th and 27th but I'm already thinking about changing dates. We are tentatively scheduled for a cruise the 22nd - 26th but we might cancel and stay more days on land!

This week I changed our Kidani Village 2BR to a VGF 2BR Lake View for a week beginning 26 October!! Dang near gave myself a heart attack doing it, but was eventually successful. I keep looking at the reservation to make sure it's "real"!!

When we were there meeting with our guide we were told half of the lakeview would be towards the Poly so I would say yes there will be rooms on the poly side of the resort that are lakeview and dedicated.

So fun reading about everyone's upcoming trips!!! Did you all just buy into VGF??? or are some of you renting points from another new owner (for nov/dec?) I saw some points available at $16/pp...is that high??? Can't wait to check it out!
