I left for my weekend at Universal on Friday scared to death of the Hulk. All day Friday I kept walking by it thinking that there was no way I was going to be able to do it. Then Saturday came and after riding the Mummy I got up the courage to try to do it. My best friend was with me and she helped me walk through the line because I kept feeling like I was going to back out. Then I rode it. The whole time I kept my eyes closed and held on tight. Then I got off and felt a little shook up but at the same time I felt like I had accomplished so much. This really was a big deal for me to ride it. We then went and rode Spiderman and when we got off of that I just had to try Hulk again. I ended up riding it 7 times on Saturday! Then Sunday, I met up with DM and ended up riding it 9 more times that day!! BTW, I just have to say that he is the coolest person I have ever met!
I even got up the courage to ride Dudley and JP. I figured after doing the Hulk I could anything. I stayed for HHN and loved it.
So, everyone that told me I had nothing to be scared of was right. DM even got me to hold my hands up on the last few rides. After 16 times in 2 days, I think I have conquered my fear.
