I am still listening to my old Rosie's Christmas CD.. It makes me happy. This is the first year we will be leaving the Christmas tree up until New Year's. My grandson will be here on Saturday. I am sooo excited. My ds asked if we could please leave all the decorations up for his visit.. as he had none in his barracks.
I admit...I miss it. But I listened to ALOT of it this year and a couple songs I sang over and over and over with dd's as they prepared for their Christmas programs.
BTW Mamajoan, I was wondering if you'd had Christmas with ds and grandson. Can't wait to hear about it later in the week!
It bugs me that they play Christmas music a week or two before Christmas and then come to a dead stop at 12:00 a.m. December 26. I'll be listening through New Year's most likely. I think this is just the nicest song... http://www.andiesisle.com/Mary.html
LOL I spent the whole day watching Christmas movies while I cleaned up boxes in the Living room, folded laundry, and made dinner. Guess I didn't want it to be over either.
I didn't hear too much christmas music this year but I'm not listening to it now either so I guess I did get my fill. I've been listening to Josh Groban a lot since TVT put that post up with the link to listen to him. I hadn't heard him before but 'To Where You Are" is an awesome song! I like his other stuff too.
Christmas is over?!?!?! All you Americans need to spend some time over here - Christmas goes on until the 2nd week of January - the tree stays up until the 6th!
