wake up at 7 to make go for oct 19 at Hollywood studios. I do r&rc tot and then it shows toy story open. I'm pretty sure that's not possible but I try it and it works. When I look to see that fp are there, there is no r&rc. Ok it was worth a shot. I go in to take ts out but it says I have to take my name off and then says same for dh. I keep trying to do it and eventually I have to take them all off and redo the whole thing. But it won't let me. I'm no novice and I'm starting to get mad. I can't make any fp at all. So I call. And wait for 14 minutes. Nice lady tells me she doesn't see a ticket for me. Really? Seriously? She makes me look in my email for confirmation #. I tell her it let me make them earlier what are you talking about??????? Oh she says after 10 minutes of me trying to find email. Never mind I see she says. Getting angrier. I tell her the times and rides I want and she tells me she will have to put me in, then will do my dh. She gets mine then says something about there's two systems for the fp and one of the systems is holding on to my dh fp and she can't put any in for him. I'm sorry...what????? She tells me it's nothing to worry about and she's putting notes in computer to assure that his fast passes will go in. She told me to give her until end of the day. I asked what if we can't get same times. She says not to worry. Well you know what? I'm worried. What a load of crap.
