Would you go to DL over Thanksgiving given the opportunity....as in....any trip to Disney is better than no trip to Disney....

This is my thinking...I have been to DL and WDW on 4th of July...so know what to expect...can be irritating....but still fun....right????

we just really don't want to take any vacation days before next year so have to over this holiday......

If the choices were go over Thanksgiving or not go at all, I would go!!! As long as you go knowing it will be crowded and you might have to wait in line or you might not get to see everything you should be fine. Just use fast pass and take advantage of early entry or get to the parks about 1/2 hr before they open. Also, if you have kids, bring things to keep them occupied in line. Our older 2, ages 7 and 9, brought their gameboys and they never got bored in line. You'll have a great time if you go!

If you have been to WDW on the 4th of July you most certainly can deal with Disneyland/DCA over Thanksgiving.
