Ok..Im second guessing. Guys I need some input on the strategy

I have posted a few times before..but I have never planned. I feel like I got a good grip on some days and some I just feel like I am all over the place. Most likely , I will end up going with the flow anyway. Im not trying to over plan. But I am definitely needing to plan some of it so we can see everything. Input is great..so thank you in advance....

Monday: AK

RD : safari
10:50- 11:50 : EE
11:50-12:50- Dinosaur
1:50-2:50 - Kali..if they want to do it. They change their minds on this one a lot
2:45- Fow
4pm - Festival of the Lion King
6:15:- Trex reservation.

Tuesday: DHS
RD- Rnr
9:50-10:50 - tot
11:15-12:15- tsmm
12:25-1:25- star tours(unless I move it)
1:20 stunt show(must see for my son)
3pm- Beauty and the Beast
6:10:-Mama Melrose(maybe)
7:30- Frozen sing along..I hope..I have to fit this in somewhere

11:05-12:05 Buzz Lightyear with space moutain overlap for my other 3
7:15 -8:15 - Mine train

I want to be all over mk and see the fantasy parade too. But Im also trying to plan a dinner here before mine train. So this is still tbd. I might do the parade on Friday(my last and open day)

Thursday: EPCOT
9:50 Kona cafe
11:05-12:05- Mission space. I can move this easily though
12:10-1:10- Test track
Some time in here I need to get the character meet and greet.
1:40-2:40 Spaceship Earth..though this isn't in stone either

We are not doing Soarin because most of my family didn't care for it. We are eating a big breakfast and then plan on heading over to ws to snack around the world.

Friday: Open . Most like MK and anything else we didn't see
Maybe fantasy parade at 3pm?
Not sure if I will be doing dinner here. We are offsite so we might just head back and eat at the Ale House since we have to get up really early the next morning.

When are you planning to eat lunch on your DHS day? We always do counter service, and it usually takes us about 45 minutes.
So I see two possibilities here:
1) It's hard to find a DHS restaurant open before 11:00, but if you eat lunch right at 11:00, that should give you time to make your Toy Story Mania FP+
2) OR...if you do Toy Story Mania FP+ before lunch, you probably need to eat by 11:45 in order to have time to do your Star Tours FP+ and make it to the Lights Motors Act show by 1:05 or so.

Also, on the AK day, you might think about moving Kali to after the two shows, especially the air-conditioned Lion King one, so that you're not shivering there in soaked clothing.

I could always do the 430 stunt show? That might free up time? I thought maybe they could dry during the fow show? I might have them wear ponchos
