We find them in our local Sunday paper in the travel section. Same old code in ours too.

Yes, I meant you would have to have an AP in hand at check-in in order to "produce" the AP rate to your reservation.

I guess I should analyze my posts to check for the accuracy with my words... Next time I'll use words such as "produce", "generate"...instead of the ol' standby "use" ...I'm just jokin' with ya.

hi. as to the day the rates DO actually , FINALLY, come out... will they come out first thing in the morning or can they come out any time during the day? if i continue to check back here every morning i would know pretty soon after they come out, right?

how important is it to call RIGHT AWAY after the AP rates are out? should i assume i need to be calling within the first 10 minutes, or the first hour, or the first day????

we're doing 1 night at AKL, then the rest of our stay in FW cabins. when i booked the AKL room, the CM said they have lots of AP rates for AKL, so i don't need to worry too much about calling immediately....i didn't trust the CM- thought i'd better check with the real experts here!!

They have come out during different times of the day. They are probably downloaded overnight, but there can be technical delays.

The times I've used an AP rate I did not call right away, they were still available days or weeks later. If you are going on a popular date, they maybe limited so it's best to call as soon as you can. From what I've heard, AKL is easy to get. Fort Wilderness shouldn't be difficult either.
