DH, DD, and I will be doing character dining every day for the 10 nights will be at WDW except one or we'll have to do two character meals at the same restaurant. So, we thought for the 10th day we'd do Ohana's, but I wanted to know what our disboard friends thought of Ohana's. How's the food? atmosphere? Will DD (4) be happy while we wait for the food? etc.

Ohana = my favorite place in the whole world! Food actually comes a little too fast -- super good and lots of variety. Only complaint is the dessert (cannot eat it because it has coconut in it).

Ohana's was one of our favourite meals and we are definitely going back!
Everything was hot, fresh, cooked to perfection. And there was something that everyone enjoyed. Have a great time and save room for dessert!

Ohana's is on my list and so i'll be looking forward to hearing what everyone says about it.

p.s. yum coconut!!! number one reason i loved boma, they have a lot of coconutty food there.

Ohana's is the best, for all involved. Even for the little ones. I know that during my last visit (feburary), they have a singing train (kids join as they sing while walking thru the resturant), a poly dance lesson, and I think coconut races.
ps I still miss the pinapple and carmel desert they used to have.

'OHana gets mixed reviews here on the DIS. Try it for yourself.
We enjoyed it very much, it is a great family restaurant. It is fairly loud and there are things going on to keep the kids entertained. They have singing and hula hoops and coconut races etc.
We found the food to be good - not outstanding. We had a window table looking right out to the castle. We had a late ADR so we were able to view Wishes over dessert. It was great.
Have a Great Trip

We love 'Ohana, it's one of our favorite places to dine while at WDW. Especially for dinner, we make our ADR around the 7pm hour so that we can be there for when Wishes starts at the MK. Last year we were able to see the fireworks and we've made our ADR for this year the same exact time so that we'll be sure to see Wishes. Food is wonderful and the dessert is to die for, we also love the atmosphere.

We loooove 'Ohana! Last January we had 7:30 (I think?) reservations and got to watch Wishes ;). Our table was right by the window too! So awesome. The food is great, too. It's a must do for us every time.
