o'hanas v cal grille

For a family meal which should we choose also to watch wishes in July what time should I ps for?
Can someone tell me about the entertainment at O'hanas?

'Ohanas is definitely better for families. while you'll often see lots of kids at the California Grill, most of whom are there with parents to see Wishes, I try to discourage their attendance since the Grill is a more adult restaurant.

As for 'Ohanas, make an 8 or 8:30 reservation. It all depends on what time the MK closes.

California Grill has higher quality food that is more cuisine oriented. 'Ohana has lots of good meat and food but is not "fine dining". I like both but prefer 'Ohana for the overall experience, plus I love the food. The fun at 'Ohana can be a coconut race where the kids had small wispy brooms that they are suppose to push coconuts along the floor with. Sometimes there are a lot of kids and it is fun and funny. Sometimes there is a singer with a ukelele who passes out small intruments to the kids and they parade around singing. I have even seen one CM get the kids and some adults up in a line to do excersizes but he picked on the adults to the kids delight. Sometimes it is fairly quiet inbetween the little events.
California Grill is a nice dining room with awesome views but no games or entertainment but the food and service is really good.

I made my PS for 8.30 but the CM didnt seem to know if we could see"wishes from here. Is is definate that you can? is a particular part of the restaurant better than another? can you request a table with a view?
