O'Hana's For Wishes...

We have PS for O'Hana's for 7:30 pm on an evening when Wishes is at 9pm. Do you think that is a good time so that we can catch it from the restaurant? You can see Wishes from the restaurant, correct? Also, what is the Electrical Water Parade and where/when is it?
Any info you can provide would be helpful!

Hi- I don't post often, but I saw your question, and my husband and I ate there recently and saw Wishes. I think 7:30 will be fine - you probably won't be seated right away, anyway, and if you can swing it, get a table by the Window. We had a table by the Window facing the castle, and although people were standing behind us during the show, we had a totally unobstructed view of the fireworks. It was great - they dimmed the lights and piped in the music. We also dawdled over coffe to be able to stay longer. I think you'll be fine - try for the window seat, though. Good luck!

The Electrical Water Parade can be seen while you are standing on the beach at GF, Poly, Contempo, WL, & maybe the Transportation Center (they used to do it there).

What it is is several electrical floats are lit up and play music. It lasts about 10-15 min and it is a real joy. We make sure we see this as many times as possible during our stay.

When it comes to times, I don't remember, but you can ask the CM's at the front desk at the Poly when you go to 'Ohanas and they will happily tell you.

WE just did this last week, it worked perfectly for us. We had PS at 7:30 were seated at 8:00 pm fireworks were at 9:00 pm. We had just finished our dinner and were waiting for desserts when Wishes started. We watched the fireworks had dessert and were out of there by 9:30 pm.

Be sure to request a table with a view of the castle not just a window view as I did. We had a window but it was facing the wrong direction. We were able to move around to see the castle for wishes but it would have been nicer to have a table with a better view.
