What is the best time to try and get an ADR, so that we might get to see wishes?

We ate here in Februrary for the first time and it was very good. We weren't seated directly by a window, but could still see the firewords and the music is piped in. My DH says if we can't get an ADR to Ohana's for our upcoming trip in December the trip is off.
