Aloha everyone-
Is there a souvenir photo taken when you attend the 'Ohana Lilo & Stitch character breakfast (like at Chef Mickey's)?

Yes, when I was at the Polynesian I saw a "family photo" being taken right by the Ohana' sign. They take you picture right by the enterence.
