Hello!

I have the O'hana character breakfast scheduled for 7:35. Theres an EMH for MK that morning, will I be able to get there for rope drop? And if not, if I get in after rope drop (not much after hopefully) will I still be okay?

Thankss!

Since the Magic Kingdom would open at 8:00 AM for AM EMH and your ADR is at 7:35 AM and because there is no guarantee that you would be seated at that time, you won't make it for rope drop. Others have said when a park has AM EMH it can get busier by 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM because it opened an hour earlier. However I would think if everything goes ok with your ADR, you should be at the Magic Kingdom before 10:00 AM.

we were planning on checking in at 7:15 to hopefully get seated as early as possible. I was hoping to get to the park hopefully by 8:45ish. Does it take long to get from the Poly to MK?

You could either take the Resort Monorail which is located on the other side of Ohana in the GCH and it will stop at the Grand Floridian before arriving at the Magic Kingdom. The other option you could do is going to the 1st floor of the GCH where you will see some automatic doors located by the DVC info desk. From there walk to the boat dock and go on the boat which will go directly to the Magic Kingdom.
