Oh No Another FOTL Question

I just got Kellys book and it says you can use FOTL only once per day per ride. I thought I would be able to ride a ride I liked repeatedly. Has anybody used FOTL on the same ride more than once a day?

Ps Kellys book arrived in less than 1 week and is well worth the money.

FOTL is pretty confusing and I even live in FL!! From what I understand eventually FOTL will be limited to once per ride, but for the immediate future it is still unlimited!!
