tissues, duh, for the two seconds you think legolas is dead, and then you chuck your drink at the screen and get thrown out *giggle* but it's ok... he didn't die..
For all of you hardcore fans who started reading the books at like age 9 and feel that the movie was SO WRONG! I feel your pain. It was an excellent movie! But. Where was Shelob? How come Faramir and Boromir look nothing like brothers? How come ARWEN IS IN THE STINKING MOVIE!? I really don't like Liv Tyler. She makes me angry. Perhaps that's because I have the most major crush on Aragorn and she's STEALING HIM FROM ME! GRRRRRRRRR! PS for all of you who have seen the movie, I suggest you read the books too. They'll give you a lot of info that the movies don't. PPS tissues are not an option. You go with a friend and cry on their sleeve. PPPS Gimli looses his shoe when he's running down one of the hills. Watch closely
I do plan on getting around to seeing both Lord of the Rings b/c everyone has said it was sooo wonderful even though I really didn't like the first book but oh-well
Sarah-I can't stand when they adapt the book to a movie and it's different!
I just saw it tonight and I loved it! I haven't read the books yet but I ordered them from the Barnes and Noble website w/ a gift card I got for christmas, and as soon as they come I'm gonna read them.
But I'm confused...when do you think Legolas is dead??
I know what you mean about how they change things but you have to try and understand why they have done it that way. Im currently still trying so Ill get back to you when I've figured it out!
About the wall, you know when the battle ends, where does the hole go?
