Tom was mad because people were making up stories and that the stories were upsetting to Katie and making her depressed.

The stories were making Katie depressed??? Not the the possibility that she has post-partum depression?

If I had a "beautiful and amazing and precious" baby that was perfectly healthy, in my arms, I wouldn't give a fig what people were saying, that it's possibly deformed or making up stories. I'd see the truth in my arms and know the truth would come out sooner or later.

Well, okay, maybe if my baby has curly/straight hair, that would get me a little upset.

Yeah, plus since she can't take the baby out of the house and show her off like normal Mom's do that is also causing her some upset.

BUT the baby is amazing and beautiful according to all that have MET her.

I think Katie is suffering from PPD and that controlling Tommy is making it so much worse by not allowing her to do things that every other Mom in Hollywood gets to do, no matter how famous they are. They all manage to go out with the babies without people attacking them, all they do is take a picture and leave them alone.

This thread...I actually picked up some of those tabloid magazines!!! I NEVER do that. I get my gossip on the Dis Boards!! But I couldn't resist I just had to see if there was something new and exciting. There wasn't
I couldn't bring myself to buy them though!! Maybe if there was something really juicy, but no. You guys are way ahead of those rags..oops magazines.

Okay, I just got back from the store & saw how Tommy Boy has his face on the cover of the Enquirer. All I was thinking was this negative publicity is benefitting him. He still gets his face plastered on pages even between the opening of MI3 & the DVD release in Oct.

Think Tommy Boy is upset over all these "stories" out about Suri? I think not.

If he wants all this publicity to stop, surely there are professional Scientology photographers who can take a discreet shot and follow all the rules for a newborn.

1st, it was Patrick Swayze coming to the defense of Mel Gibson. Patrick Swayze is on the list of celebrity scientologists, so I thought it was weird that a scientologist would come to the defense of an alcoholic, since alcohol could be considered a "mind altering" drug, don't you think?

Someone corrected me, and said PS took some courses, but is no longer involved with scientology. BUT.....today, I heard that none other than big JT himself has come to the defense of Mr. Gibson. Hmmmmmmmm.....me thinks Scientology is trying to gets it's hooks into yet another big celebrity.

The E! channel was showing the pic of the alleged Katie in the window. He kept saying "Who cares"? while reporting the story.
It would be funny if suddenly Cruise decides he will allow the baby to be photographed, and the papparazzi says "No thanks. Too late. No one cares anymore"

Ever wonder if the birth parents of either of Tom Cruises older children worry about what is now happening to them and how they are being raised?
