"Trapped in the Closet" which skewers Scientology and its popular proponent TOM CRUISE, was set to repeat in March but was pulled off the air by the network amid published reports that CRUISE had used his clout to bury it. "We just picked the wrong guy to parody because I have a feeling we'll be asked about Tom Cruise for the next two years" said Matt Stone (one of the creators of South Park)..."Everytime we're in a headline, it's like TOM CRUISE and then us in a headline, you start to get that TOM CRUISE STINK ON YOU"! Trapped in a Closet will hit the airwaves again July 19th.

Oh, and those strech marks? They look believable to me, that is the only thing that makes me thing she was preggers. Mine are all over like that!

Yeah, but look toward the bottom of the tummy near the jeans line....do you see the difference in the skin tone? like her real tummy skin is there and some sort of theatrical prosthetic tummy skin starts right above it?

I have not posted to this thread yet (until now), but have been reading since it started. Very entertaining reading if nothing else. I've been sharing all of the different views here with a non-DIS friend, who asks me everytime we talk...anything new on the Suri front? I will do my best to help this thread stay alive.

Now, I'm off to read the 6 pages that have accumulated since I read this thread last night!

Anyone want to take a stab at why Oprah is so tangled up with Travolta and Cruise? Has anyone figured this out? Surely she knows that Scientology is a cult right? Was that whole "celebrating our spirit" phase somehow mixed up with all this? Now I'm worried about Oprah.

Okay, I checked out that whereissuri.com site (yanno, checkin' it out to show Lauri - that's my story and I'm sticking to it )

This picture of her is weird. They have several of her in this shirt and you can see this oval thing popping out like it's her bellybutton.

Well in this picture, she's twisting toward the camera, however.. the bellybutton is staying firmly forward.

Oprah has been friends with Travolta for eons. As far as Cruise goes, do you remember when she had the show recently that shows all her past shows best moments? In there she said that even she didn't expect that kind of behaviour from Tom Cruise and that she thought he was acting crazy that day. I don't worry about Opie. From what I see she is a pretty shrewd business woman.

I don't worry about Opie. From what I see she is a pretty shrewd business woman.

There are rumors that Oprah is a closet Scientologist. That she doesn't want it known to the public. She's perfect scientologist material if you ask me. She's got TONS of money and is quite full of herself.

About the whole Jett Travolta thing, my sister has commented more than once that she thinks there is something going on with him. She said in all of the pics she has seen he doesn't look right, he is never smiling or looking at the camera, even though everyone else is.

Why would he go through this much trouble? Why would he have Katie wear a fake tummy while wearing a shirt that only gave peek a boo views? It would have been easier to wear a shirt that covered everything up.

Also how do stretch marks indicate a fake pregnancy? If they do, please don't ever look at me!

Don't get me wrong, this is fun stuff though! It was funny when Tom was jumping on the couch and many of these comments are totally hilarious!

Well..... there are a couple of suggestions as to why he would attempt to fake a pregnancy. 1) To quiet the homosexuality rumors or 2) to quiet the infertility rumors. Why he would want to give peek a boo view? To keep everyone guessing!! Just conjecture on my part of course. But it definately gives us something to talk about. If my DH let me walk around with my nursing bra unhooked while we were out on the town you can bet he would be getting a new behind chewed as soon as I found out!! If my DH sat there and let someone intentionally take pictures of my stretch marked belly it would be ALOT worse than a butt chewing. Those pictures both appear "staged" as if they wanted people to take them.

Interestingly, my niece told me when TomKat first started "dating" that her buddy who works for a Hollywood PR firm said that Nicole, Penelope Cruz, and Katie are all "contractual" relationships with a set duration of time. We laughed at the time, but man...truth is often stranger than fiction, and with the absence of baby Suri, I have to admit to being a little curious!

I thought I was the only one who thought it was a little odd that her bellybutton was wierd looking. I know that when I am pregnant, my bellybutton pops out, but I have never seen anything that looks like that!

I think it's actually sad if Tom worries that much about being seen as gay whether he is or not. I keep hoping that we'll somehow move beyond that.

Do you all think Katie's belly looks strange in that latest shot? It's a little blurry for me but it does appear to be too small in roundness and yet sticks out a lot. You'd think that a prosthetic would look more realistic.

COOL, I LOVE this show, saw it "by accident" when it first came out, and laughed hysterically!!!

If Scientology is behind this, they probably don't want to make a statement since it will make them seem kooky and would be bad PR for the group. Their goal is to come across as a regular organization/religion, not one that is based on aliens.

Scientology has already taken a hit for giving Katie a "new best friend"/handler, so I'm thinking they are stepping back so they don't seem as strange.

It's a bit late for that.
