See ... now that's what I mean ... they went out w/the kids and they're infants in those photos! Why aren't they leaving the house w/Suri? They were quite capable of doing it w/the other two! And, if they didn't want all the publicity surrounding Suri, then Tommy should've kept his yap shut over Katie, shouldn't have jumped on Oprah's sofa or made a jerk of himself up and down the red carpet!

I'm just shocked that they didn't sell photos to the highest bidder just to get it over with.

There's def. something fishy going on here ............. maybe Suri looks *exactly* like Chris Klein and they're waiting for her to outgrow it!?!?

Maybe they paid off Klein to keep his mouth shut? If that's the case, and it's Klein's baby and they're pulling it off as their own w/Katie "playing wife" (note, they're not married yet), could it be that Tom's hiding something (ie: could he be gay)? Of course, he could never admit this to the Scientologists ... but he could be hiding it from them.

Maybe Nicole's not talking b/c Tom paid her a large sum of money to keep "mum" as well!?

And, I do not think that Oprah looks up to Tom. I think she finds him wacky! Just my thoughts ... I have no evidence to support this.

I don't know anything about scientology, but from what I have heard...being gay would be AOK with them. ( In fact I recently heard a rumor that John Travola was Bisexual) I don't think he is trying to hide being gay from them, as much as from the general public, since he has gotten rich off of being a "sex symbol" (I don't get it, but this IS how he made his money, it's not like he is a great actor)

Or ..... maybe Katie was done w/Klein and moved on to Cruise. When she was w/Cruise, she found out she was prego, told Tommy and he said "fine, let's play if off as our own" and behold, we have baby looks a bit "older" than originally expected and now they're hiding it so they cover her faux pas and don't make Cruise look like a jerk and looks like a "man"?!? Klein would *never* have to know that he fathered the child. And, how in the world would the rest of us know it was Cruise's unless they did a DNA test!?

But with this theory...does anyone think that MAYBE, Klein might want a DNA test as Katie started dating Tom right on the heels of the break up of their ENGAGEMENT????

AND as their relationship continued Klein had to have heard RUMOR that Tom was "sterile"...all the more reason for Klein to want that DNA????

After-all we ALL heard Tom was sterile once Katie was "with child" and unless Klein was in a cave somewhere, wouldn't he just say...."HHHhmmmm"!

Katie was 'spotted' in Colorado and drinking coffee and skinnnnnyyyy as can be when asked where baby Suri was, she said back at home in LA with Tom...then the couple was spotted in Vegas celebrating Toms Birthday, no Suri in site. They sure do leave this baby a lot!!!

I dunno, would he have a legal right to ask for one? i doubt he would push the issue...bad press. These are hollywood plastic people, not regular value ridden people.

Had to laugh when I saw this thread as we were just discussing this tonight at work. My only thought was all the pictures and video of Katie shopping near the end of the pregnancy...didn't think she could fake that, she's not THAT good of an actress!!

No one said he knew it was his baby. Maybe all the trickery is to fool him to so he would not have a claim to the baby?

If he even remotely suspected, surely he would ask, and if he didn't get an answer he liked, surely he'd ask publicly - and force their hands to either deny the claim or agree to a test. Chris Klein is a millionaire in his own right. I don't think he'd be tempted by Tom's money.

Honestly - when we think about who's gaining by keeping this baby under wraps - it's Tom and Katie. They're on the cover of Us and Star, they're the talk of message boards, they're as high-profile as ever ... and they don't even have to do anything to stay that way beyond keeping the baby at home. It's rather brilliant, actually.

Maybe not. Maybe he has no idea it might be his. You stated that she started dating Tom on the heels of the Klein breakup. Here's how it might work:

As far as timing ... Katie leaves Klein. He has no idea she's pregnant. Maybe she doesn't quite yet know either. She starts dating Cruise immediately and, a week (or 2 or 4) later, she finds herself pregnant. She's told Tom and they decide to claim it as Tom's. They figure that Chris doesn't know, so they'll pass it off as Tom's. He looks like a stud and she comes out looking like a rose with the whole whirlwind romance/pregnancy. With the speedy turnaround in relationships, Klein might not even think it's his. Katie could have fudged her LMP date and then how would Klein know?

I think it depends on the time she left Klein and started dating Cruise. If we can nail down how quickly she started dating Cruise after she left Klein, we might have a new theory!

No board of Nursing is going to release license numbers to the Tabloids AND identify an uninvolved nurse by name! What a bunch of garbage.

Liscense numbers are available online. Its DEA numbers that you can ONLY get from the doc or nurse practioner.

Not saying they are legit... but it would be possible to get them. Its the part about the numbers on the birth certificates that is fishy.

I remember hearing on one of those entertainment tonight type shows that Scientologists have those "silent births" then turn their child over to the Scientologist in charge or priest or whatever they call them for 2-3 months and do not have contact with them during that time.
I remember when I heard this how strange that is because of the bonding that is necessary when a child is newborn and forget breastfeeding.
I couldn't find anything about this when I checked out one of the Scientology websites, but I did find this:

I can't imagine not talking to a newborn for 7 days, that is terrible. But we all know Tom is nuts and I guess if Kate allows her child to be ignored for 7 days she is nuts too. Peggie
