Hi.
this is pretty bad, im going to ask a really dumb question
im from canada... and there is a park here that you cannot bring any
outside food or drinks inside the amusement park.
so my question is... if i am to bring a couple bottles of water will they take
them.. like am i allowed to bring them in... or do we have to buy it inside?
once again i apologize for this dumb question... but im curious! teehee :confused3

Thank you! :sunny:

Not a dumb question at all. I think the official line is that you're not allowed to bring food in, but I've never, ever seen or heard of it being confiscated. I ALWAYS bring in several bottles of water, right in plain view on my belt.

you're allowed to bring in a small cooler, or do what i do and stick em in your backpack. I've brought sandwiches and other snacks in with no comment from security... :thumbsup2

We just got back from 2 weeks at WDW. We brought bottled water and snacks into the parks every day and the security guards searching our bags never said a word about it. You'll be fine.

If your talking about Paramount Canada's Wonderland you can bring stuff in. We were there last summer and I brought in bottle water and snacks for the kids like I did in WDW. The only thing they were stopping were glass bottles and cans and anything that was open already.

The only problem they have with food is if it in a glass container. No glass containers are allowed.

Once, I did see a security guard consficate a few bottles of beer that a man was trying to bring into the park in his backpack. I think the guard told the man that he had the option of keeping the beer and not entering the park, but the man shrugged and let the security guard keep the bottles, and he entered the park with his family. He made no big deal of it. I think alcohol is one of the only things the guards will take.

I bring water bottles every time and never ever a problem. In the hot Florida sun, there would be a huge uproar if water bottles weren't allowed! :)

It's not allowed per say...however, we ALWAYS bring in water bottles and a few fruit snacks or other small "filler" items in case of fussy kids and even with security checking our bags out nobody has ever said anything.

We always take water and a couple of soft drinks to the parks. We have never been stopped by security. We have seen people stopped when they were bringing in a large cooler but they don't seem to mind the small ones.

The last time I was there some guy pulled out a 2 liter and started to drink it. So unless Disney sells 2 liters I'm sure you would be fine.

You ARE allowed to bring food into the parks. The only thing you can't bring in is anything in a glass bottle and any alcoholic beverages.

We were at WDW in 2000. SIL had a backpack filled with water bottles and juice boxes, guards never said anything.
