I got sucked into playing those doorless games last night and lost track of time.

gonna need one of these all day today and of course I have places to go. Gonna do all that after we pick #1DS up from school this afternoon. Hopefully it will pass by then.

Saw the news this morning and they were talking about the snow in PA Betsy you better keep you and DD in the house today. Perfect excuse......there's a new Little Einstien on this morning.

P.S...not sure if you are getitng a refund this year or normally do, but you should hint to your DH that you need a second laptop and a wireless router

Yeah, I agree. When I'm on hold with Disney I actually enjoy it! Anything else is just plain annoying

I never thought of using my refund on that! I always just think it should go to Disney but a laptop could be a great idea!!!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I spoke to Penny tonight, they got the phone call tonite, that her DH's aunt passed away tonight.

She thanks you all for your prayers and kinds words.

I saw that doorless thread on the CB and didn't even click it because it sounded like it could be addicting.

Thanks Tink It is UGLY again here. We were supposed to meet a friend of mine for lunch but I need to call her and see if we can reschedule. I'm scared of ice and we are having a lot of ice with snow on top of it

DD will be happy there was a new Little Einstein's on! Thank goodness for my tivo or we would miss a of things.

soo...

after calling my mom to complain about no one loaning me the money her nosey (really sweet) neighbor overheard her on the phone with me and is mailing me a check and told me not to worry about paying her back!

and Josh came home from work yesterday (after getting paid) and said if he didnt have to pay for the class we could get phones! sooo!! I got a new phone! our service is on!! and I have unlimited texting and unlimited talk time!! anyone want to text send me yo digits!

i went and had my TB (tuberculosis) test read and I dont have it! so its a go with the job.. the guy is going to call after he gets all the info.. so prolly monday!

then Travis Auto Body called (the place thats going to fix my car when my fed tax money comes in) and she tells me that if my wheel isnt bent then it doesnt have to be replaced and i will get $150 off my deductible! soo... I RUSH my car to Les Schwab (a tire place) and ask them to see if it is and its NOT! so my deductible is going to be $350 so i will have $42 left after I pay it! which is great compared to what i thought was going to happen where i would have needed my tax money + $108 to do it! woohoo!!

after calling my mom to complain about no one loaning me the money her nosey (really sweet) neighbor overheard her on the phone with me and is mailing me a check and told me not to worry about paying her back!

They are called Slimquick. They are over the counter, cost about $22 and can find them at Walmart. They have that commercial on tv with the charactures (sp) of a wife and husband. He can lose all this weight when he cuts out certain foods but she can't. It's a fat burner specifically for women. You start with one pill twice a day then after a week move up to two twice a week from then on. you have to give it about 30 days to notice anything. I noticed the decrease in appetite and not able to eat as much. Just to warn you that it is a fat burner so the fat has to go somewhere IKWIM I started them while DH was overseas and lost about 20 lbs. and that's without really working out, but I did start eating alittle healthier too. Now I'm gonna start exercising so we'll see how fast the weight drops now.

Thanks Tink, I know the commercial, lol, the sort of stick people and the husband gets skinnier and skinnier and she says enough now what do you want to do weigh nothing? LOL! I will have to look for them in Walmart. I bought the Alli and yes I know right where the fat goes, or leaves from, lol but it didn't have an appetite depressant and I need that as I have no control. If that slimquick really has an appetite depressent then that is for me. I am sitting here at work ramrod straight because if I slouch all the fat gathers and I can't breathe. I can barely breathe sitting straight up. How long did it take you to lose that 20 lbs while DH was overseas? I just finally started using my ab lounge this week but not enough time yet to see if it works. Maybe once I lose a little weight and I am not s out of breath I will go back to walking more at lunch. Hi MomMom Sorry I never made it back! The Dis was crawling for me!



My Mom used to make Monkey Bread when I was younger, I loved it!!!! Monkey Crunch is really good and super easy Here is the recipe:

9 cups Chex® cereal (any variety)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation Directions:
1. Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside.
2. In 1-quart microwavable bowl, stir together chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
3. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

That looks delicious Betsy, going to have to try that the next time, well if we ever get invited anywhere. We never go anywhere with anyone because we dont' really know anyone here. Maybe over 4th of July when we meet a bunch of couples to go camping at the same place, that may be a good time to try it huh?

That would be the perfect occasion. It makes a lot so it's good to have a few people to eat it. Of course I could eat it all myself but it takes some discipline
