Closed last Friday and we're in the DVC computer as of today :dance3: Still have to wait a few days for the point transfer - it's a BWV resale. Soooooooo excited!

As soon as the points are there (by Wed?), we'll be making a reservation for next spring. Hoping to get a BWV Boardwalk preferred one bedroom. Does anyone have advice as to good room numbers to request? Do they even honor specific room requests, or just category?

It was so cool when the MS associate said "Welcome Home!" :woohoo:

Although not our home resort we love BWV too! have been twice and will again this July & our eldest two kids will be bringing friends along !

How did you find out you were in the system? We closed last Friday ona resale at BCV, and haven't been able to get any info on being in the system. As of Wed, we weren't and they told us it could take two weeks or more. Can you let me know how you found out you were in the system? Thanks.

Milesaway - Just call Member Services (800-********) and tell them you are new members and to please check to see if you're in the system yet. They'll ask a few questions and either find you, or not. If you're listed, ask them for your member number. It supposedly takes 7-10 days; we closed last Friday and were there today. BUT, our points aren't there, we can't make reservations, nor can we register on the DVC Member site yet. Hopefully the transfer will be complete early next week. Just give them a call, they don't mind checking :) Good luck!

Once your points are in the system, ask MS to help you logon to the website. If you have ever registered with Disney, you use the same user name (or create a new one), and MS will provide a password that you can reset once you gain access. It takes a lot longer if you wait on the information to be mailed to you and takes MS about 3 minutes to help.

you can have an MS person help you sign in? I thought we had to wait for a one time activation code?
