Started WW on my own this past week. I will weigh on Friday 9/12 to see my first week's loss. Been on WW before so I have all of the food plans, points, etc. Can someone explain the new Flex Points? What is different than the previous points plan?

(I was too aggravated to post those results) I finally went and lost 1.8 this past week. I am at 201.2 and am hoping to be under that 200 mark for the first time in 6 years very soon.
So that is 13 lbs since starting WISH..think I'll grab that 10 lb clippie today and 20 lbs in total.
I have been on and off dieting for the last year, and just started WW 3 weeks ago. The first two weeks I lost 4 lbs each week, and I will weigh in again tomorrow. However, I am dreading it!
I'm back on track though, and trying not to beat myself up for a few slips...
