Official WW thread!

Well, I didn't do too bad this weekend. I had a bad day yesterday at work. We all went to Starbux on our break...and then came back to eat McDoanld's. I ate smart after that, but it was still off plan.

That was yesterday. Today is a new day (and a new month...wow June is here!) I am back OP. It is not worth getting bent out of shape over.

I lost 1.6 this week!! YAY

I did really well while camping, I bought turkey hot dogs and ate sensibly.
Im proud of myself! :)
 
It's been so long sience this thread has been on the top. I've had a really bad month, I kept going off plan. It really makes me upset that I didn't have the will power to stay on.

However, welcome to July. It will be here in 50 min. And with July, will bring a better me. A me who will excerise, a me who will stay on plan. A me who will go down to a new Point range.

I am trying a new approch. I have been using Journal To Success, but I am not home all the time now, like I was at school, so updating is harder. Also, PocketExcel is hard to use, and no PocketPC programs are around for WW. So I am going to type out my data every night, and plan my meals. Or part of them at least. If I get breakfast/lunch/snack planned, I can be set for the day.

Don't beat yourself up too much. Like you said a new month is pretty much here. It is summer, and renewed energy! I have not been posting much lately; too busy to be on PC much, but everyone please hang in there, and we'll try to keep this thread accessable towards the top. I missed the WW meeting today, but am a little worried since we are going out of town for the long weekend, and everyone is taking turns with meals, so not sure what all will be served. Trying to plan a couple of safe snacks, and hopefully will take a couple of nice long walks to burn off extra. Still holding my own despite ups and downs - weighed in last week for the month, and right on track; kind of surprising since I have definately been pushing my limits lately, but I must balance somewhere.

Everyone take care, and keep on program best you can - it so works if you work with it!

Well, let me say that I am happy to join this thread. Let me introduce myself. My name is Blythe and I live in Texas. I am happily married and have two sons ages 11 and 14. I am a LT WW member (although I am 32.8 lbs) from my goal. I have a closet full of clothes that I could wear last summer, but can't now. I decided last night that I will get back to the basics of WW and so this morning, I am officially back. I will drink water, I will journal my points, I will exercise. We are planning a surprise Christmas for our boys next year and I will not be the same size that I am now.

I don't understand why it can be so easy to digress back to old habits. I know that my food choices have not been good and that my portions are enough for 2.

Thanks for having this board to post to. I will not weigh in until next Thursday July 8th.

Can I join this thread, too? I just joined WW (online) today. I have gained 30 pounds in the last year and I really need to lose it! I got marrried last July and I moved from NJ to PA (not too far, but far enough!). I had to give up my job to move, so that my husband could keep his job. I, unfortunately, have been unable to find a full time job and have just been a substitute teacher (I have my certification in elementary ed.) this past year. It's been a very tough adjustment and I am an emotional eater, so those 30 pounds came on very easily!! To make matters worse, my husband is having major surgery in 10 days, so the stress has just grown. I finally decided it's time to do something about my weight to help make myself feel better again- I went from being my absolute thinnest before my wedding to the heaviest I've ever been in a year. I've finally gotten back on track with exercising, now I just need to work on my eating habits. I bought all of these news clothes for our Disney honeymoon last year and I can't wait to fit in them again!! Thanks for listening.

I have the stragest craving for Tostitos Baked chips. I love them and they are only one point :D
 
:wave2: it's me...finally checking back in. I was BAD for a couple of weeks there and have gotten back on track. I was down another couple of pounds when I weighed in Wednesday...that made me very happy. Hopefully I'll stay on plan now..and keep being a losers!

I went shopping this weekend, and got to the Express sale at the mall. It was so nice to be able to get into those clothes. Well, the pants, as they don't make talls and I need tall shirts. Either way, it felt so nice to be in nice shorts.
 
Hello everyone!

I'm on week 3 of the WW plan and I'm following it pretty well. I'm amazed at how quickly my body is adjusting to this plan. I plan my meals now and most of the time I cannot finish everything because I get full early! Before I could eat until I felt sick later and I am sooooo glad to get rid of that feeling. I have not felt that since I started. I have high hopes for this plan and look forward to being successful.

Yippee!! I lost 2 pounds my first week! This coming week is going to be very tough, though. We have my FIL's 60th birthday party tomorrow (I'm using flex points for that!!) and then my husband is having major surgery on Mon. and he will be in the hospital for at least 3 days, so I'll be eating all of my meals there. So it's going to be quite difficult to keep track of my points those few days, but I'll try!
 
I haven't posted on the WISH board in quite some time. Summer time is the worst time of year for me as far as being busy. Things have finally calmed down so I am going to try and post more.

I started WW 1/27 at 187 pounds. Today 7/10 I am at 155. My goal is 150 which is pre-pregnancy and then a goal of 147 which is pre-wedding (6 years ago) and then I am going to try for reaching 140 which is pre-dating DH.

I am so proud of myself right now.

Thank you to the person who gave the tip of sprinkling cinnamon and splenda over a cut apple.....YUMMY!
