Yeah, I think whatever maintenance runs you do during the week would probably be fine!Thank you! I wasn't sure if I should do 10-12 miles or not, but I will! We'll be arriving at Disney 10/31 so should I just run Tuesday and Thursday my regular 3-4 miles? Thank you again! I'm new at this and just learning as I go!

I'm jealous you'll be there so early!
But also yay for a solid diagnosis! I had a very bad tear in the same tendon some 30 years ago.. I did not follow directions to let it heal properly and I'm paying the price all these years later with chronic tendinitis. So don't be me - take care and heal it up right!
