Earlier this year I was using their site to book our trip with the free hoppers/water parks fun & more options...but it would never go through. I tried for three days straight and finally gave up and that's when I contacted dreamsunlimited, which worked out to be wonderful! I will never try to book through disneyworld.com again. DU all the way!

I thought I was the only one.....there site is so difficult.....they really need to get it together

That site is awful! I also use the DCL site, and it's always going down for issues. Really makes me feel for the people who have to log in right at a specific day/time to get certain reservations for the cruise. You can imagine the frustration when the site isn't working right...which is often. I'll be pretty peeved if it happens to me at my 90 day mark.
