I'm surprised they showed us that Terry got the idol. I figured they would let that be a surprise for the audience too. I'm really pulling for the four men on La Mina, but I don't think they'll make it once they get to the merge. They have to win the next 2 immunities in order to go evenly into the merge. Even if they do, I agree with the astronaut that Sally will turn on them. I think they should have kept Ruth Marie. I was glad to see that the astronaut didn't vote with the alliance, that he kept his word with RM.

I was very surprised they showed that also.

I thought over all it was a pretty good show. I am glad that Dan didn't vote for Ruth Marie. He kept his word. Not that it mattered.

I wonder where Terry has to keep that idol stashed so no one finds out he has it. It was kinda large to hide.
I also wonder if the next person on the island still gets more clues,

I was wondering how they were gonna handle taht too...Also I was wondering if Terry covered his tracks on the island...he had to dig it up and shatter the jar it was in...Did he just leave a mess for the next exile to see....Unless he goofs up that pretty much put him in the finals I think...

I also agree this season is somewhat boring...season one and the season with Rupert have been the best so far...IMO

My guess would be that this editing decision (alone) means that Terry makes it to the Final Four, without even having to use his immunity. Otherwise, I bet they would have saved the reveal for when he got all the votes for his elimination, as they did for Gary.

I was debating with myself how they would handle the idol, too--if Bruce goes back, he'll know if the map and clues are different. If Terry goes back, is there a second idol he could find? I thought there would be another one.

I don't think this means Terry automatically makes it to the final four--if he got voted next week, he would have to turn it in then, right? Also, with the Gary thing, he found it the day he used it (or thereabouts), so it was only a mystery for that one show. Whereas Terry seems fairly safe for a few weeks at least, so he'll have to keep it hidden for a while.

BTW, can't wait to see psycho tribe have to vote someone off next time. Courtney, Bob, and Danielle really grate on the nerves. Cerie is growing on me, though--I didn't like her at first with her "fear of leaves" and all, but she's dealing with her camp situation really well.

I think you misunderstood what I meant. I didn't mean that finding the idol guarantees him Final Four -- rather, the fact that the producers showed us him finding the idol, instead of surprising us with it later, indicates he probably never had any need for the idol, and therefore made it to the Final Four. Just a guess, though.

Even if they lose Sally in the merge, Cerie and probably Bruce will come running to them, if they haven't been voted off. Cerie quite obviously has no loyalty to the psychos in her tribe.

Don't forget, Gary had to use it before he knkew whether or now he was being voted off. Terri has the luxury of not having to expose himself until he needs to.

She has somewhat turned in to the comic relief of this edition. Her face is very expressive and her "alone" quotes they show can be quite funny. I do think she has risen in many people's eyes. Smoker and Courtney can go ASAP please.

Agreed. In fact I think he's a exact player copy of Tom, and like Tom, I believe he will go all the way.

Where is everyone? I think tonight's show was just eh. Glad La Mina finally won a challenge and glad Casaya decided to keep Bruce. Although I was hoping they would get rid of Shane. Hopefully next week, the girls will pull that together.

Bobby got voted off. He was an idiot and drank all the wine they won in reward with a little help from Bruce while everyone else was sleeping

How did they sit in that outhouse after people had been taking dumps in it....Bobby kind threw it out the window when they were voting what to do with it....so if they were you using it for an actual outhouse it had to stink....Oh yeah I was wondering how them beans were gonna react with there bodies....I know the beans have protein and carbs but I think I would have taken the rice....just easier on the stomach....bad place to have a constant bad stomach...I want to see shane go in the worst way....

I guess drinking the wine, helped them cope with the smell. I would have taken the rice too. I guess they probably thought the beans were healthier and didn't think about the *outcome*.

It sure is beginning to look like the four big guys going to the end. The only hope for the others is if the women pull together something at the merge, with the big guy who figures he'll be voted out of the Final Four.
