I told my mom about disboards and this thread in particular last night. She was really interested and may be joining us (Hi Mom

My 6 miles yesterday was ok....mile 2 was awful, my legs were so tired and I was starting to wonder how on earth I would be able to run 13! Then I hit mile 3 and everything was fine, legs felt great and I ran a mile and a half without stopping. I have 14 miles next Saturday and then taking it easy until our 1/2! I'm going to use my sport beans and see if that helps with the "mile 2 wall"
