Eliza looked like Morticia Addams.

Morticia looked better. I thought Joel was going to snap...he seemed like he was possessed or something. That was sad about Mikey B's mother passing. I guess everyone looked good except Eliza. I hope she's done with Survivor now...I don't think I could stand to watch her again.

I don't care for her either, but her "It's just a stick" argument has to be one of my all-time favorite Survivor moments!!! The one DH and I thought looked better on the island was Amanda! Too much hair-do and make-up!

The one that killed me was Eric...same old mop top as on the show. I was hoping he would get his hair cut but....no....I thought Eliza looked terrible...of course...I don't like her very much either so....

Oh, but if fits his personality! I think he looks good with the mop top. Okay...I have a confession to make. I have a teeny, tiny little crush on Eric. He looked so good when he had a couple days growth of facial hair. He didn't look so young and looked pretty hot in my book. I wish he never shaved it off.

I agree about Amanda. She looked great on the island and worse all made up. Pavati pretty much looked the same to me.

I just found this thread and wanted to share my thoughts!

I of course LOVE Ozzy and James so I wanted them to win but after that I wanted Cirie, Erik or Amanda!

I was so disappointed with Parvati! I was very shocked as well!

I know..kinda seemed like he was going to strangle Chet but was holding back. I think he has many issues.

Are my DH and I the only ones who don't dislike Eliza?? LOL We really enjoyed her this season; her commentary was always right on target AND pretty funny most of the time! She never annoyed us on her first season and she definitely didn't annoy us this season, we always got a big kick out of her.

She's quite the character and we feel she brought some funny lines and interest to the show.

P.S. I can see where other people could find her annoying, but we always found her to be much more funny and interesting in her observations, than annoying.

P.P.S. It's gonna be a long summer without Survivor on Thursday nights....

You might be . I really HATED her the first season. I thought that she was an boney anorexic twit and couldn't wait until her scrawny butt was voted off. I liked her better this season because I knew her quirky personality. I also admired how she did went out to do things well physically instead of holding back like she did the previous season. Once she was voted off I LOVED how her eyes would POP out at Tribal Counsels.

I've never liked the makeup that's been done on the women for any of the reunion shows. Whoever is their makeup artist goes way overboard on everyone.

Do you remember how awful Stephanie looked when she was on the reunion show? It was almost like she was a different person! I met her after her second Survivor stint and she is quite pretty in person.

I remember that. My dh had the hots for Stephanie all season long. Then when we watched the reunion he was like 'where did she go?'

I just read Parvati's interview over at TVGuide. She gave some nice answers....paints her in a completely different light.

I found it interesting that she did find the Immunity Idol but they didn't show that. She was very tight with Cirie and Amanda and didn't want to bring it back and have "drama" ensue and mess things up.

You guys are right! I just watched that bit again and Mary says that after the show wrapped she met Ryan through Johnny Fairplay. They had their first date in December and 3 days later, he asked her to marry him. Wow! That's fast!
