Where are the disney SW characters located at? Are they all in the same area? When the best time to go to Darth mall to shop will be there fri june 7th! Rancor is in the mall right?

Jedi Mickey, Leia Minnie, Darth goofy, stormtrooper Donald are next to the exit of great movies ride, they rotate. The mall is better in the afternoon and at night. the rancor is there

I totally agree. More crowded today than I have ever seen. Shoulder to shoulder at Star Tours. Waited 20 minutes to get a frozen lemonade! Still having fun but the going is S-L-O-W!

It's more crowded than new years eve. It's pretty crazy.

I'm about to leave. Been here since 8. Doing the 24 hour thing Friday/Saturday messed me up. I did Hoopla last night Darths Mall. Only saw a few characters today. Lines were to long. Did see Warwick Davis show. It was great. Oh well. I might come down next week since its supposed to be dead according to Touring Plans.

I knew we were in trouble when we had to park in the CM lot! I didn't see your post until later. We are getting ready to use our TSM fast passes then heading back to room to relax a bit. So glad we are taking tomorrow off. Not sure I could fight this much crowd again so soon!

We did see Behind the Force. Great show! I really like Jim Cummings! :)

How early should we arrive to be 100% sure we get a number to get in the line to get a FP to get Billy Dee William's autograph aka "Lando"?

DS is willing to camp out all night & hopefully I'll be able to find a place to charge the ECV.

The issue is DH is & other DS 12 will join us in line at _____??? whatever time you guys suggest to as not tick off the other people in line. Health/Medicine issues require youngest to get some sleep, food & medicine b4 coming to meet us. We can't just put him to bed early b/c our flight doesn't get in until Fri evening. We are coming the last weekend on June 8th. We won't have a car, so they'll be taking a cab over from VWL (we'll have food in the room).

Is 5 am too late? What time to they pass out numbers to get the FPs?

Thank you experts! pixiedust:

It's like may the 4th crowds revisited. Thank God there's no fireworks today. We lucked out at the mall and saw R2 and C3PO!! Saw a roaming clone and that's the extent of out character interaction. In line now for Ray Park's show.

In the character line at Darth's Mall now, they said about 45 min but it seems to be less than that. Park is crazy busy, so I'm very happy we got to see a lot of stuff yesterday.

It is difficult to say...from the buzz, I think he might be the most coveted autograph out of this year's guests. But I'll leave the estimates to the experts on this.

Just came over from MK. They're not even checking parking just waving us in. We were up to the traffic light waiting to get in. Parked at music 48. By finding. Random spot. In line for ray's show. Kids at wreck it Ralph for another half hour.

This will be his 2nd time here only so if u can get in before 4 u may have a shot. A lot of people stayed overnite last time. I think mine last time was standby, don't remember. Was in line 4:30-ish

It is PACKED. not kidding, if you don't have to come today go to another park. If this is the only day you can come expect huge crowds, be patient and just enjoy the general madness

We stayed at EPCOT till now, we are on the boat over trying to catch the obi-wan show tonight... But that's all we are gonna try to do

Yikes! I have a feeling eldest DS & I will be the only ones meeting Billy Dee. I'm psyched b/c I have my original bubble cards from when I was a kid to get autographed. We'll camp out overnight.

I'll tell DH to get there no later than 4am if he wants a shot & even then it might be stand by. I'll check the DIS boards to see what time Billy Dee's wristbands get passed out on Friday for some more direction.

Anyone out there camp out the last time Billy Dee Williams was there?

It has been consistent that wristbands usually start being given out around 7'ish and fast passes not long after. In the past, some CM's seemed to be able to tell you if you would get one or not, but we didn't have much luck with that this year. Good luck!

Gotta say thanks to all the posters in this thread! Your info was invaluable in making this first SWW unforgettable for this old SW fanatic. We got all our photos, saw all the shows, bought all our stuff and ate Vader cupcakes till bursting!! Plus I totally love Ewoks now thanks to Warwick Davis!!

We are here now. We got here at 730 and they opened up at 745. We signed the boys up for Jedi training. We got our TSM fast oases. Rode Star Wars and walked on. We did everything this morning with no wait. Saw the parade and met a couple characters. Now waiting to see Star Wars chop and dale. It is packed but wasn't until about 11.

We grabbed a FP for the HHTT for 9:20 pm window... Now we are sitting in line for Obi-Wan show. We have anytime FP for TSMM that we got last weekend when the ride broke down so we'll use those after the show. We are also going to try to get FP for Star Tours after the show but we aren't holding our breath. We head back to Indiana tomorrow. It was really great to meet some of you, wish I could have meet more.

We have been a couple of lucky people this trip, the force was definitely with us, along with lots of helpful tips from all of you fine folks.

PS my boyfriend has already been talking about a 2015 SWW trip, who knows maybe I'll be marching by then :)

People soup at the Studios today! We had VIP back stage pass at light, motor action so just turned up for that. So pleased we came fri and can make it here next weekend as well as would be awful to try do it all today.

Met a really lovely guy at the outlets the other day that we got chatting to (don't ask how!). Turned out he is a technician on the car stunt show and took us back stage for 2 hours. He was mentioning how all CM had to park elsewhere today. Apparently 42,000 guests here today - more then he's ever known even at christmas. I guess it's a perfect storm of SWW and public holiday. It's also a half term holiday in England to add to it.

Had an awesome time back stage - we got to sit in the stunt cars including the hero cars, backwards car and remote car. Got photos of an extra 2 hidden mickeys that aren't mentioned in the latest book - apparently one of them is not known even by most of the CM (only visible with zoom lens or binoculars, but very cool!)

Wow... That's really cool!

We made it into the show, 5th row dead middle. I am wearing my black fullscalefalcon.com T-shirt, on the front it says "Hear me baby? - Hold together..."
