Can't wait to go next weekend! For those who went yesterday: what time was the motorcade? What time would you recommend finding a spot for it?

I got a shady spot around 9:15... facing the stage the left side is shaded

Did anyone try to sign up for PMC? Also, if anyone is staying at POR, how early did the buses leave from the resort?

It was at 11- we got our spot at 9:45, but it was in the sun- all the shade was taken...

I was here at 6:45, the trick is to get here before they hand out the celeb fast passes...

The way they had the line st up was that you had to meet Luke or Leia or R2D2 and then move to the rancor... three line was about 45 minutes... people asked if you could just take a pic with the rancor and they said you had to make the line... maybe they'll change

On my iPhone hard to keep up. Any thoughts on when to stake out a spot by the stage for hyper? Didn't make it last night.

Thanks. We are going week 4 and my son only wants Billie Dee, Peter Mayhew and the Rancor. I am hoping to get a few more characters but we will see.

Also doing D Tech on Sunday.

My husband was able to snap a pic of the rancor and of himself and the rancor while in the merchandise line yesterday morning. So that might be a doable possibility to skip the main line.
