From having a BB8 I can tell you, it takes getting use to controlling that unit.

You shoot the harpoons. I think engineer is more of a sit back and watch type seat. Still interactive but less so.

My brain's fried from chaperoning a field trip to a (non-Disney) amusement park, so could someone explain how the card is preventing line cutting? Were they not matching the people to the phone numbers they texted?

I’m sure some have been trying to sneak in. I’m guessing the card is an extra barrier against that.

I continue to be blown away by the lack of crowds I see (like in this video). I mean that is CHEWIE! Where is everyone? Check out the background there is no one around.

Well, that was also the very end of the night prior to closing. Still, there are times where crowds are heavier (double) when two reservation times overlap for an hour. Of the 5 different reservation groups, 3 of them are in double capacity for half their time (an hour overlap for both beginning and end).

This may be answered somewhere ... how do they enforce and kick out people when their reservation window is closed?

Just curious -- IF WDW decides to do a reservation system (which I doubt they can do just due to the VOLUME of resort guests at WDW), just wondering how it would be implemented.
