I just looked up the lyrics (it was by "Christian TV" btw) and it was a rather raunchy song. Gross.

After being in the bottom 3 many times, I think they had to let him go. He is a great dancer but I do not care for him. As unpopular as he seemed to be with America, I think they were right to let him go on home--he wouldn't have won the competition.

As for the other guy, it was time, probably past time, but people seem to like him. He is amazing at what he does.

They have some really great dancers this season.

I was sorry to see Billy go - but it was his time. He is not a mainstream dancer. I will miss his solos, his flexibility is stunning.

I was very, very surprised to see Lauren in the bottom 3 and I was sure the judges would save her. I didn't feel she belonged there.

But after that, I am sure Kent will win.

So when does the public vote actually start voting the contestants off? Why are the judges still having the final vote?

They said last night that it was their last time having to choose, it's now America's vote!

Yep, the judges are done with their decisions. Now, it's up to the voters. I hated to see Billy go, but I don't think he appeals to "Mainstream America." I had really hoped Robert would go before Billy, but neither one was to going to win anyway. I do think the final two will be Lauren and Kent with Kent winning. Either way is fine with me because I love both of them (now...if Alex were still dancing....)

For this tour and the last, I've gotten much better seats AFTER the presale, anyway. Yesterday the options coming up weren't very good. This morning I logged on at 10 and got EXACTLY the place we wanted. (We always sit lower level, second section from stage. The elevation gives a much better view than the floor seats.)

We're taking our boys this year for the first time, too. So excited! There aren't many male dancers where we live. We have to drive to Kent's studio to buy boy dance shoes, so I'm really pushing this to keep my own boys interested in dancing a few more years.

Billy was starting to get on my nerves and I don't know why He's an amazing dancer. I love Kent and lauren but man does Robert bring the pretty or what?

I'm a little late to comment after being away, but I had a few comments anyway.

No, I don't believe the numbers the dancers "selected" were in any way random. They have the choreo cued up & ready for certain dancers. It is a shame America didn't get to see Billy do the stepping routine. He's very skilled in the hip hop genre and I think he and Kent would have been amazing in it.

For the poster hoping to fuel her boys' passion for dance, try to get them to see a performance of Billy Elliott. If that's not possible, consider them watching the movie. If you're not familiar with it, I'd recommend previewing it because the language is quite strong. Ryan Kasprzak from Season 6 is in the show in Chicago & we met him backstage.

I was very happy with the critiques of last week's performances overall. There was a lot in there for the dancers to use, not only for the show.

Nigel's parting shot at Billy about his androgyny was completely unnecessary. Mia Michaels and dozens of other choreographers will no doubt line up to book Billy. Her opening # was incredible & showed what his future can be.
