Way to go! What time is your Crystal Palace reservation? We'll be there the same day at 8:05am. :thumbsup2

Sorry!!! I should have checked your location first before posting. That's what happens when I Dis with a 9 month old little boy on my lap! :goodvibes I have to type fast before he destroys my whole desk!!!!

I can completely relate -- my 9mo daughter is sitting at my feet right now whining about how she would much rather be on my lap!! Of course if I pick her up, she will immediately want back down...

Everyone is updated on page 30! :thumbsup2

**I just wanted to say if its a few days and I haven't updated don't worry...I haven't abandoned you...my daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed on Friday, and she's having some complications. I hopped on for some Disney magic while she was napping- :thumbsup2**

So sorry to hear she is having complications. It is hard enough on them just recovering from that without any problems. My older two had it done as well. Hoping it is nothing too serious and that she feels better soon. Hang in there:hug:

Question for everyone!

What is everyone doing now to countdown.make the time go faster to September?

I am finally making a scapbook from our 09 trip! I found all the stuff from the autograph books I was making the kids last time, so I am putting the pictures in and updating to include new characters.
Closer to 100 day mark I will make a paper chain. We made one last time and it was a great way for the kids to see how many days were left.

Can you add us? We'll be at The Polynesian Sept 9-14th. This will be my family's first time at Disney World!

Sunday 9th- Lunch at Coral Reef
Monday 10th- Dinner at Grand Floridian Cafe
Tuesday 11th- Lunch at Crystal Palace
Wednesday 12th- Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show
Thursday 13th- Breakfast at Akershus with the Princesses
Friday 14th- Lunch at 50s Prime Time

We'll be in Animal Kingdom Park on the 10th and Magic Kingdom Park on the 11th and 12th, as well :goodvibes We are also going to Crystal Palace, but for lunch on Tuesday.

Our days at the Poly overlap a little. We'll be at Hollywood Studios on the same day as well!

That is exciting it is your families first trip! Yes we are looking forward to being back at the Poly, and seeing Fantasmic for the first time too! :thumbsup2

Thanks for all of the well wishes!!! She had spiked a fever of 103 F which is always alarming after surgery....we took her to the ER at the children's hospital in Chicago where she had her surgery, and they declared it was just a virus on top of trying to heal.

This virus turned on her stomach the next day...poor thing....:(

Today has been MUCH better though...

I'm looking forward to her feeling 100% like her self again...its so hard to see your kids down and not their usual selves.

So sorry for her, but glad today was a better day.
My DD who is 7 was sick with a nasty virus last week, it took out most of her glass. Fever on and off for 6 days. I am in the burbs of Chicago.

Yep we are in Northwest Indiana...I'm assuming we picked it up at the hospital when we were there for surgery. She is finally holding down liquids...I was getting nervous I was going to have to take her in for an IV. Phew!

Oh heavens...I can't imagine a stomach virus after just having had tonsils out! As if a tummy bug isn't bad enough without all that extra discomfort. I do hope she's on the mend and feeling like herself again soon. Let her know there are some DIS folks sending Happy Thoughts her way!

Question for everyone:

What are you doing to countdown/pass the time until Sept?

Glad to hear today is better

To pass the time I am reading on Dis for ideas
stressing over my ADR's, making our own autograph book.

for my ADR's we have the DxDP and I don't have an ADR for the first day, I cancled the one I had because I am worried I am not giving my family enough down time. so day one we are doing the world in epcot I am hearing that there are a ton of charaters in epcot. I hope thats true

I am making an autograph book too! I actually started them in 2009, but never finished!

Yes there are tons of characters in Epcot if you know where and when to look.

Mexico- the 3 Cabanaros- on side of the attraction/pyramid

Norway-Princess character meal

China- Mulan-out front

Germany- Snow White- by gate

Italy-not sure about Disney characters, but they do have a Masquearde performance

America-not sure

Japan-not sure

Morroco- Aladin and Jasmine- out front , sometimes Jasmine and Genie in shop

France- Belle and Beast- together near garden/fountain, Belle near garden or Beast out front

Great Britain- Alice- in front of tea shop, Mary Poppins out front, or in toy shop, Winnie the Pooh and friends- in toy shop (Sometimes different friends of Pooh will be there at different times, ie-Tigger and Eeyore, then later Piglet and Rabbit)

Canada-Sleeping Beauty??? Never seen her there, but heard other people have.

A lot of this info is from my last trip in 09 so, please let me know if any of this is incorrect!

When we were there last September we also met Marie from Aristocats in France

Donald does meets outside the Mexico pavilion in his poncho and sombrero.

Sleeping Beauty is in France usually near the perfume shop and Marie is out front. Norway (Princesses at Akershus), Italy, American Adventure, Japan and Canada do not typically have characters. There are sometimes characters by the International Gateway between France and the UK. We met Ariel with Prince Eric there in Sept 2010 on our way back from Cape May Cafe.
