Wow, home I'm 226 today. Didn't go to Curves so I won't get depressed seeing the higher scale number. Still, it's great to finally be below 230.

My niece was in the hospital from Weds. to Saturday, and I was with her all day every day (DH & I have custody). The hospital food was definitely not Atkins friendly so I survived on Atkins bars. I guess that worked.
 
today is my regular check in day for this thread, but there is no way I am going near the scale! It is TOM, and I cannot even twist my rings much less get them off. I know it is water weight, and it will go away, but I am afraid I will get discouraged, so... see ya next week! ;)
 
The scale moved in the right direction this week. Last weeks weigh-in motivated me to get back on Atkins and get back to Curves. Even with TOM, I recorded at 5 pound loss. My stats still look a little funny, but at least I am now moving in the right direction: 215/220/199.
 
Down .5 for me this week. Half pound is good, half pound is good, half pound is good.

Too much salt the last few days....gave the nuts away, I've been relying on them too much. I think by my regular WISH weigh-in Sat AM some more will drop off. The scale was quivering between the .5 and 1.5 :tongue:

How did everybody else do?

OK, I feel better! I just weighed in at 211! :jumping1: It's not official until Saturday, though. STAY AWAY BLOAT FAIRY!!!!! :o :smooth:

I put in the weight that you start THIS challenge, OK? That's what we all have done. Just so we can see our progress. :D

I have not had any motivation at all.....thus the two pound weight gain. I'm trying to get my act together. I think I'll go and post in my journal.....try to sort myself out.

OK, went to Curves yesterday morning. Got weighed and measured - it's been 1.5 mos. since my last official weight and measures. I lost 8" total and 9 lbs. They have me at 228, which is an official 100 off from June 11 to now. However, my morning naked weigh in is now 225, which is great, lol. Of course I left Curves, got blinded by the sun as I was getting on the turnpike, and rear-ended the person in front of me. Don't know if I'll go to Curves tomorrow because the neck is definitely stiff.

I was 328 when I started, 289 when I joined WISH, 268 when I joined the Onederland by Spring (I think) and now I'm 225. If I can just stay away from the carbs! Last night I made the mistake of eating some of the garlic mashed potatoes.

I'm now 235/208/199 for this challenge, and 248/208/168 for my 'diet'.
 
Morning All! How you doing this week?

As for me, maintained again this week. I just realized I'm at an old 'set point', a weight I was at for several years before I'd gained that last batch. So I'm thinking I'll really need to kick up the exercise to get past this next 5 lb range. I'll let you know how that works.

I am down 2 pounds inspite of being trapped in the house since Sunday because of snow and ice. I tried to walk to work yesterday and fell down twice--decided it just wasn't worth it. My stats 215/218/199. Now if I can just get back down to my starting weight for this challenge--maybe next week.
 
I am finally back on a losing streak!!!! I am down 4 lbs. over last week, now weighing in at 222. I can't believe it!

That's my "home" weight, lol, and I'm sticking to it!

Hi there! I am checking in at 219, which is 1.5 down from last check in. I am going to change my weigh in day to match my WISH weigh in day. It is too hard for me to check the scale more than once a week. I get discouraged too easily! :( So, I am still in the challenge, but am going to be checking in on Sundays.
