I’m usually so preplanned by the minute .. but still nothing released for 10/1, when the new DAH dates will be.. masks? Social distancing? Fireworks? Parades?? Throw us a bone!!!!! I just need SOMETHING!! lol

Mind blown but also panicking because I go in 2 weeks...things are changing daily and I'm just trying to keep up. I am worried my well laid plans are going to be useless with more capacity unless they open up more shows etc.

Right now i am just worried about wait times. I expect crowds on the 1st, but not knowing about FP or shows opening freaks me out! I cant wait hours with my kids for 3 rides... its a bit stressful

My friend that I am going with for the 50th is going next month and she is in same boat as you!! Has no idea what’s happening!! It’s crazy!!

I can see people being upset. Disney will charge as much or more than the normal MNSSHP, the hours are considerably shorter and we still have no idea if fireworks will be back, not to mention shows.

And yet... they'll sell out.

I didn't list costs as I don't have any. This is pure speculation.

This is awesome news! Things are slowly coming back to normal.
I was there for just a few days back in March and it was a challenge to wear the mask (Bless those cast members who did and kept a positive attitude!). I cannot imagine wearing a mask in the heat and humidity of summer.

I booked thinking mask-wearing would still be mandatory until end of the year, so this is a happy surprise definitely. Although it also makes me a tiny bit sad because I was thinking on the upside maybe mask requirements might reduce crowd sizes Wishful thinking, but my kids will be happy for sure.

I found the reduced crowds, number of cast members and open locations for dining, entertainment and shopping to be a damper on my visits. I'll take crowds and a fully open Disney in place of what we have going on now anyday! I'm actually excited for it to have a crowd.

I haven't been fortunate enough to visit Disney World since summer 2008, so I expect my expectations or vision of crowds is very different than those that have been to Disney recently (pre- and post-COVID). My May 2020 trip that I had planned meticulously was cancelled, so my type A personality is having a hard time wrapping my head around all of the changes. But I definitely am excited about the possibility of more dining/entertainment options!
