Lisa, I can empathize. After years of not having migraines, I have been brought to my knees so many times this past week. I go right home from work and lay down in the bedroom because they are so bad. No time to pack, plan or anything Disney. I think it's the weather. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Primarily, because I have not had any chocolate this week: the kids are what I had at home and the vending machine at work is out.
I was hoping to pack a bit tonight, but DS's wrestling coach called, so it's off to practice....45 minutes away from home. I hate driving this much!!!! I've already put 100 miles on my poor van today taking DH to and from the oral surgeon.
OK...enough whining for now. I can always start packing and re-checking my lists when I get home at 8:30 tonight, right?![]()
We are moving from Atlanta to Nashville TOMORROW! I will be so glad to get this move behind us and get settled so we can start counting down to our trip. I was able to change our flights on AT for free b/c they shifted the time a bit. I moved it to an evening flight the night prior to our original flight. Extra full day at WDW for us!

If the changes in food don't take them away, I will definitely ask my doc about this. Thanks!
Awesome DBF is good with the costume!!
Funny thing about sinus headaches - I found out that most people who think they have sinus stuff actually have migraines. However - easy way to tell. If sinus meds work for you, it's sinus. And yes, there are lots of food triggers for migraines. Chocolate is a big one. Red wine, aged cheese, msg are others, just to name a few. The article I was reading said you usually need more than one trigger to induce a migraine, which was key for me to read because I was keeping a journal for a while and nothing was standing out but I was looking for one thing, not multiple things. If she keeps a journal with foods and weather patterns and such, she may find what's triggering her migraines.
I figured out that using Splenda in my coffee was giving me really bad h/a's. Back to the sugar I went. So much for decreasing calories.

Have a great trip!!

). So, that's us.
And a copy of his birth certificate is already in the diaper bag/mini backpack. I am hoping he doesn't freak out with the characters, but no worries if he does...it will make for great pics to torture him with. I can't wait to see his face, though. And his big brother and big sister are so excited to be "showing him the ropes".
). Yet he rode the orange version of Mission:Space. Go figure. He goes on the teacups, while I wave from the fence. He loves to try all the different foods with me and is just as much a kid as I am when we are there.

and
your way!!!
