Well, it didn't take long! We have swapped 2 days, 10/26 and 10/28. I was just having a hard time with our only HS AM being the day after MNSSHP. So I swapped them, even though AK has AM EMH. We already have another day we are going there in the morning, so we can focus on rides that day and then the EMH AM we can focus on breakfast and shows. Rides sporadically.

So here is the new plan!

I'm flying out of Branson, Mo (BKG) on Airtran. It's about 2 hours away from where I live, but saved me $600 after taking into account cost of gas and parking, etc.

What a savings! We are about 6 hours from Branson, so probably not very feasible for us. But, what a great deal for you!

Does anyone know of anyplace to buy 2010 Disney merchandise? I had wanted the women's 2010 white hoodie sweatshirt last year when we were there and forgot to get it. DH ordered it for me off of eBay for my b-day this year, but he got me a 1x. He didn't know there is a difference between a 1x and an XL(which is what I need). Now I have a sweatshirt that won't work at all and no b-day gift. I'm going to put the other one back on eBay, but I'd really like to be able to get the one I want.

Have you checked a disney outlet store? I went to one before Easter and there were several disney park items. If you want to post a pic of what you need as well as size I can check for you this weekend.

Great minds! Our Epcot day is the same as yours, we are doing MNSSHP the same day, and we both have AK with Tusker House ADR's the next day- mine is 20 minutes after yours! I'll be keeping my eye out for you! Last December, there was a woman and her daughter who were from my town who were at TH at the same time as me, and when I posted my pics she actually found herself in them!!

That's exactly what we're doing too. AK the next day. I figured it's an easy park with lots of looking around, as opposed to riding rides. Especially with a 3yo. She's not doing Everest! Last time we were there she fell asleep on the safari! I guess all the bumping "rocked" her right to sleep! Then we have no plans that evening except dinner at 1900, which we can walk to. I thought we'd make that movie night at the resort or just do an early night to bed.

Again, great minds!! I'll be on the lookout for you guys too!

Thanks for all the opinions on LC. I think I will bit the bullet and keep it but don't think I will use the DDP I think I'll just pay OOP for this and maybe chef mickey's or Garden grill.

SJS, I considered the DXDP but it seemed like more than I needed. It significantly more than the DDP which I understand since you can have 3 TS a day but I know we wouldn't so... I thought it would be a waste. DH is a big eater so I know we will still be paying OOP because one TS and one QS isn't cutting it for him. I'm hoping the offer FD for Oct. and then it would be like the money saved would be our extra food money. Wishful thinking, lol.

As for MNSSHP, I agree with all of you with little ones. I've planned for a down day at the hotel, breakfast a little swim a nice long nap and then off. I'm also hoping that with all the excitement she'll last a bit longer. I'd be happy with 10 if she can pull it off. I think she will love the trick or treating and the dancing so... I guess as long as she gets through that and maybe the first parade It will have been a success.

We enjoy LC, but not sure I would use 2 credits for it, but we don't do the DDP either. I think paying OOP is your best bet or doing lunch?

Can I ask what airline and airport? I have been pricing airfare for 4 and with fees the cheapest I can find is ~$1200. I would love to get it under $1000!

We are flying out of DFW on Airtran- i got it for $840 for 3 of us and that is with paying the extra $50 for the seat selection. it is the best i could find, we usually fly AA and they and SW were ridiculous!

YES class 10/11 so we cant do MNSSHP on 10/10 cause we will need sleep and i think we will be to tired to Party on same day as YES class since its really really for us). This leaves only 10/13 for the party.

10/9/11 Sunday: Arrive hit MK for night time shows maybe a couple rides
10/10/11 Monday (columbus day): WWOHP (universal day)
10/11/11 Tuesday: 8:30am YES classes till noon. stay rest of day
10/12/11 Wednesday: AK am hop to kid's choice park around 4pm
10/13/11 Thursday: pool in morning MNSSHP in afternoon

This may mean less crowds at WWOHP but we wont know what we want to revisit since Monday is our first day in any parks.

I'm looking for an XL if you don't mind checking next time you go. Liza is checking hers for me as well. I'm thinking about calling up to the one in the Dells and asking if they have one there. It's an hour away, though, and with gas prices I'm undecided. I really do want it, though...

We're doing Epcot on our party day too, but not for RD. We're doing breakfast at Akershus and then we'll just walk around a while and see what DD wants to do. I'd like to stay more in FW since we'll be going back another day for F&W and it would be nice to mix KidCot in so DD isn't bored with us just stopping and eating and drinking everywhere!

Seems we all have a lot of overlapping and hopefully we'll have some DISmeets going on!

I would definitely do the kid's choice toward the end of your stay. That way the kids will get to pick anything they missed and there will be less complaints. Less complaints = happy parents!

Hello all,

I hope it's not too late to join the party! My family will be there October 16-21 and we are staying at AKV Kidani!!! I am so excited for this trip!! I know it will be a once in a lifetime opportunity! I can't wait to hear of other families perhaps staying here and what they have found out about the resort!
