My only suggestion would be changing dinner to an earlier time this day, maybe 5:00? We have had CP run late before, seated over an hour after our ADR once. With the party starting at 7:00, you will want to be in a line to meet the rare characters(7 dwarves) if you are wanting to do character photos without wasting a lot of party time.

Well call me a Great Daughter!! I just booked a last minute trip for my Dad and I for Star wars Weekend. May 26-29. He is going to flip his lid! Mom made and printed us both ST passports and they look great. I'm 32y/o and can't wait to have a Father/ Daughter weekend!! See if my sis can ever top that.

Oh and finally booked our dinning Reservations for our trip in October.
24th- Chef Mickey's-9:50am

25th-O'hana-9:20am (MNSSHP)

26th-Tusker House-9:05am
Whispering Cannon-6:55pm

27th-Hollywood and Vine-9:25am

Have you heard they are possibly cancelling the WEAC convention this year? I was freaking out yesterday. I called the school and they will still have staff development days if it is cancelled.

I woke up last night to the sounds of helicopters flying overhead and found out this morning this was why. Please hold your kids close and keep an eye on them at all times.

The other day I had a dream that my bestfriends and their families had planned a disney cruise. I was mad (in the dream) that I had not been included. The weird thing is ... I have NO INTEREST in a disney cruise or any cruise for that matter. Oct. 22nd seems like it is soooo far away!!!!

Well thank goodness it's not just me. DH thought I was starting to lose it. Question about PINs though, how often do you (if you do) call and ask if one is attached to your name? I've seen people on the boards who call daily/weekly, but what is considered a good amount? (not that I want to call daily or anything )

I have never called to see if one is attached to my name. I was thinking about doing that this week though, after reading about it here. I booked through a travel agent though, so I can't modify my reservation. If I have a pin code associated with my name do I just need to call my travel agent and let her know that so that she can make the necessary adjusment?

No - I had not heard this!
With the Convention, my kids will only miss 1.5 days of school for our late October trip. I know they would be disappointed if they had to miss 5 days (cuz of all the homework), but we still would not change our plans.

I had bad dreams the night before I made my ADRs......I dreamt that I could not get LeCellier.........Oh the HORROR!!!!
(BTW - I had no problem getting LeCellier!)

No, I did not book through AAA. I used Magical Journeys. I currently do not have any discounts associated with my reservation. I will be sure to have any and all pertinent information handy before contacting my travel agent!

Did they miss any days earlier this year - when the teachers were protesting? Do you have to make them up?

Just write down the PIN and give it to your travel agent. The AAA discount is completely separate from any Disney discount given. I booked through AAA and received 40% off resort plus the AAA discount (which I believe is 20% off everything). It winds up being a few hundred $$ less than booking straight through Disney. Also, AAA will take any PIN and apply it to your trip when you get it and compare it with any previous discounts you may have gotten. They'll take the best one then and go with that. So with each new PIN you get, they'll compare the discount and make sure you always have the best one. That's why I go with AAA to book Disney every time!
