I know alot of emoticons, lol. Just excited about making ADRs this morning in about 45 minutes. Not planning much, DKs and I are going to try restaurants we have not been to before since we will have the DP. Was going to do BBB for dd, but she decided not to do it this year since they do not have Rapunzel. I may just go ahead and make an appointment just in case she changes her mind, this will be her 4th time doing BBB. Then I thought about the PL for ds, but they don't have a pirate costume big enough for him, he will be 11 yrs old and is almost 5'5" and a good size boy. Plus, the last time we did it he LOVED it, but had a meltdown the next day when his "Pirate" look came off during the night. That was not pleasant! Good thing we had Luke with us to help calm him down.

As for restaurants, I thought about Le Cellier, Ohana for breakfast, definitely EOS (LOVED that place), Sci Fi, and 50s Prime Time. We have done CRT lunch and breakfast so many times that we do not plan on doing it this time. Plus it seems like everytime we go, the price keeps getting higher and the food quality keeps getting lower. It's too much money to pay just for the privalege(sp?) of seeing the Princesses and eating in the Castle IMO (but if you have never eaten there, it is worth going for the experience at least one time). Akershus & Chef Mickeys, we love them, but feel almost the same way about them too. We have eaten at the Sci-Fi Diner before and the kids LOVED eating there, that was one restaurant that the kids insisted on but I want to try the 50s Prime Time. We will probably eat alot of CS meals and I'm not so keen on AK's TS restaurants, so we may order their picnic lunch on AK day.

I have blabbed and blabbed and it is 5:30, only 30 minutes left. I'm out of here to to some last minute research. Will post what I get later. Have a great day everyone.

Most of my ADRs are done!

Here is our schedule so far:

October 14 - arrive at WL, eat a late dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe @ 8:45 pm. We will be driving down that day and I am checking the kids out of school around lunch time. I hope we are there at that time, if not earlier. I would like to go to EOS @ DTD to get sandwiches for Saturday.

October 15 - Breakfast in our room (will be bringing from home breakfast items and snack foods to keep in our room)
DHS for AM EMH
Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater @ 11 am
CS for Dinner or EOS sandwiches picked up from the previous night

October 16 - 'Ohana @ the Poly for breakfast with Lilo & Stitch @ 7:30 am
back to the hotel after to relax and swim, CS for lunch & dinner
PL @ 3:00 pm

Nikki, I just got the BBB and PL ressies and edited my ADR list. Justin goes to PL @ 3 pm and Madison goes to BBB @ 4 pm on 10/16.

I haven't been keeping up with this thread like I should, I gotta get back to checking every day! But I got all caught up, and I'm so happy everyone is getting the ADR's they want!

And I got a few updates from Touring Plans also, and it looks like the crowd predictions for the first week of October have gone down as well!! There is one day that went up, Thursday October 6, I think it went from a 3 to a 4?

I'm getting so anxious, is it October yet? Never mind October, is it September 30 yet?

Congrats on getting all you wanted. I have a week to go and I'm so anxious. I can't wait. I really hope I get them all. I'll feel so much more relaxed when it's done. Here is my plan. Can you vets give me some feedback before I make them and let me know if anything looks not good? I've rearranged it a dozen times already, lol.

Sat - 10/22 arrive - no set plans - DTD most likely for dinner

Sun - 10/23 - no day plans - late afternoon - DHS - Dinner -Mama Melrose and Fantasmic

Any suggestions are appreciated. We will not be doing any rope drops, well we are not planning to. DD is 3 and we will be going off of her mood. When she is up and ready to start the day we will go and at night when she had enough our day is done! our goal is to get in all the parks, as much princess stuff as we can and to leave some flexibility for her so it's not too overwhemling and we can have breaks when she needs one.

Oh no! I hadn't seen the threads that said BBB isn't doing Rapunzel this year. DD has her heart set on Rapunzel. I will have to buy all the stuff before our trip now. Not sure if it is worth doing BBB since she will probably have a wig to wear. She might still like the make up and photo session though. Can I reserve the castle package just in case they come back out with a Rapunzel package and then just adjust it to a smaller hair/make up package if they don't? From the looks of it I may not be able to get a costume until closer to Halloween anyway. What is the likelihood of them adding Rapunzel back into the mix? Maybe they just change packages at the end of each year?

I am so upset that there is a problem with the Oct reservations for Biergarten and Via Napoli, trying now to revise my plans if those are not bookable on Friday and wondering if I should change a couple of our daily plans too.....and I was 100% set about what I wanted to book and when.

ADRs secured! as well as Pirate League and Pirates and Pals cruise. However, the cruise was not on the night I had anticipated. So had to change up plans slightly.

here's what we ended up with- i had zero problem getting the times I wanted except for Mama Melrose (wanted right before they close at 7, they only had 5:25). We might just skip dinner at DHS that night period and head to DTD that night instead and have Earle. The night we had planned to do DTD/Earle is now our Pirates n Pals cruise night. We do take a 2 hour break usually in the room about 2pm each day.

Catira, thanks. I'm going to check out Tusker hours now. I knew about the 4:00 for MNSSHP. My plan is to go at 3:00 for BBB appointment (if I get one) and 5:00 CRT dinner and then MNSSHP. Hoping it all falls into place. That is a day DD will SURELY need to nap. My plan is breakfast in room, swim, early lunch around 11:30 back in the room by noon for a nap and up by 2 to head to the park. Thanks for the tips!!

Since DD is a larger size, I thought about going to WOD at DTD and look at what they have and have her try on costumes.

As for our cruise, I am so hoping with all fingers and toes crossed and lots of prayers that I will get good news at my doctor's appt on Wednesday, so I can go back to work and earn money to pay for this vacation.

I see your ADR is for 12:45.............the problem is from Oct 1 to Oct 14 the only possible lunchtime ADR time to book is 12:45 Something is wrong I plan on calling for Via Napoli on Friday if the online system is still showing the same time. If I were you I think I would call rather than chance it.

Although the existing problem with Biergarten showing NO Times at all from Oct 1 on, is the same when people have been calling the dining # and the CM's have no clue as to why?

Gonna be an awful long line outside Via Napoli for all those 12:45 ADRs

I get to make my ADR's tomorrow morning! I am so excited, but yet so nervous at the same time!

When I go online to make them...do I click on "I want to use my dining plan to book reservations."? Is this what will allow me to make 180+10? I don't want to get in the system and waste precious time fiddling with the site to make it work!

DH & I were suppose to be there last year for our 25th. Our honeymoon was at Disney. But plans changed, life got a little complicated. Better late than never!
