Do you think so? That helps me feel a bit better, LOL!If I thought we would even be at least planning ahead of time as far as which park we wanted to do on which day, I'd feel better. I just picture us spending a TON of time "planning" while we're actually there - and that seems like a) a huge waste of time since we really only have 4 full days to spend in the parks (since we're losing one day to Sea World) and b) a daily screaming argument waiting to happen. While I sit there like this
and wishing someone would have listened to me back in April and at least let me make some freaking ADRs. LOL...
That would drive me absolutely nuts having to wait for everyone to arrive in order to *start* making plans for the day. I know you can't predict the weather 6 months out, but would they at least be willing to make a decision the night before? At least that way, if the decision is to hit one of the Disney parks, you could head to the park of the day and get your ride on while the rest of everyone is on the bus making 25 gazillion stops. The other thing you could do is call Disney Dining and scope out what's available the next day. Your options may be limited, but it's better than "Hi. We're a family of four in the Magic Kingdom, and we're hungry. Help?" (not that that's ever happened to us...

Good luck whatever you decide to do! I usually make the plan, and then inform everyone else of the plan, and tell them to speak up if they would rather do something different. Unless the weather is a total game-changer, we usually go with the plan and everyone is amazed by how much we were able to get in while just "going with the flow". If they only knew how much time I spent planning their casual "go with the flow" vacation.
