For those of you getting ready for your trips, I thought I'd leave you with a few tips that I learned this trip.

I know that I'm forgetting some, but here goes;
*Put your park tickets on your room key card, if you don't have a pkg. The paper type tickets get damp and quit working after a few days, or at least give you trouble.
*Use the fast pass system!!! As soon as you get to the park, get FPs for something that you know will get busy, or for a ride you know you will want to do twice. It makes a big difference, even if you only use 2 a day.
*Get to the parks early! The first couple hours you'll find very little wait times. It will save your sanity!
*Find counter service that has indoor seating, and avoid 12-1pm if possible. Of course we were dealing with intense heat and humidity last week, but this saved us by giving us the cool break when we needed it.
*Make time to swim or give the kids time for even the water play areas in the parks. The kids told us they would rather leave the park to swim, that push to hard in the parks. Sometimes a 45min pool break worked wonders.
* If you have little ones, always have some little treat on you. My 2yr old DGD would start to melt down, or whine, or throw a fit, and I would say " Look what Grandma has!"-cranraisons, nuts, piece of candy. She would forget what she was upset about!

*About 75% of the counter serve places would give us water instead of desert, this worked well.
*And don't take any grumpy people with you to spoil the fun!
