Hello everyone! After hours of reading through this entire thread, I'm officially HOOKED!

I'm so glad I found this site.
Earlier this week I booked our trip to WDW, arriving October 2 and leaving October 8. I have never been there and actually haven't gone on any 'real' vacations like this my entire life that I can think of. (I'm 35.) I'm a single mom to my beautiful little girl who's turning 5

while we're down there so, needless to say, this is a BIG deal for us both. It's kind of the trip of a lifetime and I want to do my best to get it right.
We're staying at AS Movies. Our flight arrives around 2:15 on the 2nd and departs around 5:00 on the 8th. How does this look so far for an itinerary? I could really use any suggestions if our timing is unrealistic or I've left out certain places where we HAVE to eat our first time, etc. (No water parks, no park hopper, no MNSSHP or F&W fest, free dining plan.)
Fri. 2 - Settle in to hotel. Dinner at Boma @ 7:40 PM. Bedtime after.
Sat. 3 - Magic Kingdom. Breakfast at Kona @ 9:20 AM. Try to hit parade at noon and/or 8 PM, fireworks at 9 PM, back to hotel for bed.
Sun. 4 - Hollywood Studios. Block party at 3 PM. Dinner at 50's Prime Time @ 5:30 PM. Fantasmic at 8 PM, then back to hotel for bed.
Mon. 5 - Animal Kingdom. Lunch at Tusker House at 1:40 PM. Parade at 3:45. Back to hotel for swimming and light dinner after park closes at 5 PM.
Tues. 6 - Epcot. Late breakfast at 10:45 at Akershus with princesses. Stay for Illuminations at 9 PM, then back to hotel for bed.
Wed. 7 - Magic Kingdom. Late breakfast at 10:45 at Chef Mickey's. (DD's birthday breakfast!) Possibly any combo of parade at 3 PM or 8 PM and/or fireworks at 9 PM.
Thurs. 8 - I think hotel check-out said 11 AM or noon but I wonder if we could stay longer at the pool until we leave for the airport around 2 PM? Or find something to occupy ourselves and relax before leaving for the airport.
A couple things I'm concerned about are that DD normally goes to bed at 8 PM so I'm not sure how much it's reasonable to push that time later before it could be a disaster. (Heading back to the hotel mid-day for a nap sounds nice but she almost never naps and I'm not sure we want to give up that much time on buses that could be used experiencing the parks instead?)
Also, that 7:40 PM ADR at Boma the night we arrive has me questioning whether it's a good idea. It would make for a late dinner, MAYBE a hassle trying to get from our resort to a theme park to that resort and then all over again to get back to the hotel after dinner. (Since buses don't go from resort to resort I'm told.) Would it be better to cancel that ressie and spend the first night lounging around the pool with an early bedtime, and then use the table service credit for a second meal one of the other days? Like maybe dinner 10/3 or 10/7 or breakfast Sunday 10/4.
I'm so torn! For DD's birthday on the 7th I've already told the reservations person and she added the note to our Chef Mickey's breakfast ADR. I'll be sure to pick up the birthday button and her complimentary gift card (in lieu of the free admission since we've got multi-day tickets). I've also heard to be sure and let all the CMs we talk with know, just in case they can do something special.
How am I doing so far?
