We were at POR last Sunday and decided to take the boat to Disney Springs to kill some time before the Magical Express picked us up. That turned out to be a bad decision because we had to wait a long time for the boat and then it took 1/2 hour to get to DS once it left the boat dock. We ended up getting right back on the boat because we didn't want to risk another long trip. The boats in general run regularly. We just ended up with a slow one that day.Ok, starting to look at details and wondering about timing of things. We should arrive at the airport around 1:00. We will take the ME to POR. If that takes an hour or two we should be there by 3, right? We have a reservation at Chef Mickey at 6:20. I thought maybe we'd just hang out and explore POR as none of us have been there before or maybe take the boat over to Disney Springs but it may not be enough time to really enjoy that either. What do you all think? What time do we need to leave POR to get to Contemporary in time and whats the best way to get there? Thanks!
Have a wonderful timeWe leave SaturdayNot at all packed yet
And my errands and the amount of running I have to do between now and then keeps increasing by the hour. We'll get there though, and we'll eat and drink all the things at F&W!
Then I’m not alone! So much to do and the list keeps growing. Every time I cross something off I think of something else to add. I absolutely love planning my trips, but the last week is always the most stressful. We leave SaturdayNot at all packed yet

Almost completely packed!!! Hopefully I have remembered everything, there are soooo many things I need to be prepared for....but I think I have every contingency covered. I'm exhausted and anxious...this momma is going to need those Disney drinks come Saturday.
Looking forward to seeing my DD in a couple weeks! We are ridiculously busy until we leave so I'll be ready for a vacation.
Also helping my niece plan a last minut trip for her and her DD and DH. They're going Nov 13-15 (early flight arrival day, late flight departure day) using my DD comp tickets, plus we gifted them party tickets on the 14th. Got woken up by a ding dong ditch doorbell ringing at 230 am - and when I checked phone there was a TP dining alert- been trying to get them a princess meal. Alas I was too late (only by 3 minutes) but I did get them an 8:20 breakfast at 1900 PF. Will see if she wants to keep that or not...it's been fun helping her plan. She hasn't been since a very little girl and her DH and DD have never been. Niece is catching on like a pro though asked a couple questions, read a bunch and then planned her FP!
Now that Halloween is over debating on switching over to thanksgiving stuff (don't have much) vs going with Christmas. I basically have weekend of the 11th to decorate if I'm going to as we will be gone 17-26th...I did find my disposable tDay stuff from last year (I hosted family so I got tons of napkins and cups) and tossed that into packing pile.
And got a few FP for late dec trip.
Us too and haven't packed either! I have made lists though, to do, to pack... I'm starting to stress that I forgot things but oh well at this point... I got new walking shoes last night so will be wearing them around the house a ton to make sure I really like them.
What kind of shoes did you get? I just started wearing a new pair of go walks around to break them in. I have a pair from last year and they were great. I'm also bringing my yellow box flip flops and maybe a pair of sandals. Reading that makes it sound like I'm over packing so I need to dial it down a little.
Everyone that is leaving this week, have a great trip! I hope you guys can pop in and give us updates.
Safe travels!!!! I always pack last minute too. HahahaWe leave SaturdayNot at all packed yet
