We will be there next Sunday for the party. First time doing a party but had a question about the fp? As of right now we plan to do mk as a park day that day so I already have my park fp set. When I go in to do the party fp for the same day it says they will change. Before I proceed I wanted to verify if anyone knows if I would essentially have 6 fp that day 3 for earlier in the day and 3 for later? I happened to snag seven dwarfs fp so I don't want to lose that. Any help would be appreciated.

There are no FPs during parties. You can use party tickets to book FP for the 3 hours or so before the party starts however. You may find the green link in my signature helpful.

Honestly I think it was luck-I just booked this trip this past Monday just so I can see Osborne lights. So when I was playing around with fp I was able to get seven dwarfs but it is earlier in the day. Just keep looking. I happened to snag toy story tonight when I was playing around on the site where earlier this week it wasn't available at all. I know there used to be a thread of canceled fp for the more popular attractions but I haven't seen it lately so maybe those can't be posted anymore. Maybe mesaboy2 can chime in on that one.

I spent 20 minutes on the phone with a CM today trying to find if there is / will be a special Holiday Wishes dessert party. AT first, she said there was a party but no availability. Then she looked at some other information and said there were fireworks but no announcement yet on a special party. Basically ... I still have no idea.
Since there was a Hallowishes party - does anyone know if there is or is not a currently or perhaps going to be a Holiday Wishes party?? Thx!

The regular fireworks dessert party is already offered on MVMCP nights. Not sure if it will have a holiday theme or not, but there won't be something new offered as they are already using that space. A few days ago a bunch of openings were popping up on party nights, so might be worth checking your date to see if something is available.

Actually, no. They will show up anytime from park open to 6:30p, just as if you had normal park tickets. Since you can't enter until around 4:00p however, you should choose only those that are offered after 4:00p.

Most people who are doing the pre-party FP are doing slots like 3:30 - 4:30 then 4:30 to 5:30. That way you can get all 3 in before 6:30. However, you have to be ready to enter MK at 4 sharp because that only leaves you 30 minutes of your fastpass window. Good luck!

There is the regular Wishes dessert party that they run every night going on. I have it booked during our party for 12/3, but I booked it at the 180 day mark. You can check availability for your date on the website with regular dining reservations. As far as I know, there is nothing special for the dessert party for the Christmas parties, it's just the regular dessert party on the tomorrowland terrace.

You would have needed to purchase your party tickets on a separate account to be able to make more than 3 fp per day. If you've already purchased the tickets then I don't know if you can unlink them and try to re-assign them to a diff account or not. if your party tickets and regular tickets are on the same account then you can only book 3 fp total per day.

I have a question about the character meet & greets. Will most of the characters be the same during the party as they are during the day (such as no special Christmas theming/attire)? I was looking at Touring Plans' character plan for the party, and they include basically most/all of them. We'll have 3 other days at MK besides our party night, plus character dining, so we'll catch most that way. Who, besides the 7 dwarfs, Sandy Claws, some of the princes, and Scrooge McDuck, will ONLY be there during the party or will only be in special Christmas attire during the party?

Oh, and we have a 4:20 BOG ressie on our party night. How likely will we be able to get into the 7 dwarfs meet and greet line before it's ridiculously long, if we head there directly after dinner?

Can we be added to the party list for December 17th, please? I'm sooooo excited--can't wait!

Those that meet during the day already will not have special attire (the princesses, Tink). Special party characters are usually in party attire (Genie wears a scarf, for example). The only exceptions last year were Minnie and Donald, both had a Christmas outfit. And I believe Goofy has met as Santa Goofy in the past. Will have to wait for reports from the first few parties to see what they are doing this year.

We are going to our first MVMCP on 11/15, we are so excited! This will be my 5 year old DD's first time to Disney, cannot wait!

Have not seen anything for 2015 yet, but in 2014 the princes were not at the Halloween party but were at the Christmas party. Fingers crossed....Flynn Rider is on my character bucket list!!
