Yay for your tickets arriving, that's awesome that they over nighted them at no cost! I have learned the hard way to just have them mailed instead of doing will call, the lines to pick up the party tickets are insane and can eat into precious party time. Of course, I could just print them out but that's just another piece of paper for me to lose.
You're absolutely right, there is no party that night, I believe MK has EMH that night.
More than likely, you're going to want to do the character meet and greets first as those lines will build quickly and not really let up. I would do rides during the first parade as that one is usually more crowded. After fireworks, people will start to slowly trickle out and the second parade will be less crowded. After the second parade, go hit more rides.

I love the design you have, very cute.A little jealous you landed BOG before the party - I'm hoping to do the same thing for Dec 18th, but that is the day we arrive so our chances are slim. We attended the MNSSHP in 2013. The lines for rides were awesome! Everything was almost walk-on or less than 10 mins wait.
I'm hoping Dec 15th is the least crowded party night for that week. Fingers crossed. I'm also looking forward to the hot chocolate and cookies I'm hearing about. yum!
